The Enigma's Omega Bride.

The Enigma's Omega Bride.

you crawled to me. Damitri halted, sword lowering fractionally, jaw grinding. Memories flickered in his eyes—youthful desperation, a hidden glade under a witch's moon, incantations chanted in blood and shadow. 'I... I thought you a sorcerer, a warlord from the old realms. Not—'

Nightmare Land

Nightmare Land

I stood up, backing into the shadows behind me, and instantly the Nightmare Eyes surged forward, looking for me. It's the first thing I've done anything besides destroying one of them, so they had to watch me do it, which is exactly what I wanted. My illusions come from my imagination, an ability a lot like the long last nightmare Lord Imagery. Except for mine can't come to life. That doesn't matter, though. If people think they are real, then they're real when they see them. I let my eyes flutter Closed imagining that the structure I was standing on shifted to the opposite side.

BOUND BY THE MOON

BOUND BY THE MOON

My eyes widened and I waved my hands “oh… I am sorry” He burst out laughing “I was just pulling your legs” I rolled my eyes “you are an ass, you know that?” “Anyways my special power is… let me just show you” He flicked his hands and shadows began emerging from the dark, numerous like an army and they marched straight towards us. “Is that real?” I asked amazed “Very” With the flick of his fingers they were all gone. “Aris can control dreams, Siphra can read minds, Canaan can duplicate himself, Mildy can cause hallucinations, and Geoffrey can cause a person to rot with just one touch and Elkarim can communicate with animals”

Nightmare

Nightmare

“It was nightmares. They started when I was 15 I would see these most hideous beast, animal’s that can only be found in your imagination. Most of the time I would be in the woods of a mountain called Aurelia Spires and I would have a weapon to kill them with like a bow and arrow or a long sword and a shield. Then a week before I turned 16 I had a dream about being out with my friend in the woods, we were camping there and this beast emerged from the bushes. I still remember the screams coming from my friend as the monster rips him to shreds before I have a chance to do anything. The monster looked like a bear but bigger, it had the head of a reptile and its colouring was so dark; it looked l

Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

“Felix Lockhart. Seventeen years old. Lead singer of the British rock band Fable. Human.” “That’s not what I mean,” I say, feeling my face flush. “You don’t remember ever… um… being someone else?” I ask, waiting for him to start laughing again, before I continue. “I have these dreams about you. About you and me actually. I think it’s long ago. You’re some sort of prince, and we’re on a beach and we’re… um– ” “I have them too,’ he says. “Every night, as far back as I can remember.”

A Prophecy of Crowns and Harmony

A Prophecy of Crowns and Harmony

“She was very weak. All we could get out of her was that she had a dream telling her to bring him here to us. She passed not long after arriving here.” “What is he?” I asked. “I can feel his power, but it is unfamiliar.” “Our best guess is some type of fairy. His mother was a salamander — a fire fairy.” Finn and I exchanged a glance, neither of us needing words to convey our mutual decision, the decision our animal counterparts seemed to have already made before we even realized it. There was no denying it. My wolf and his dragon were already claiming this little boy as theirs, as strongly as if he was ours by blood.

Such a wonderful book! I loved all of the characters, and that the author had POV for most of the main characters. The storyline was great, with twists I didn't see coming. I can't wait to read her other books!

The Fantasy Maker

The Fantasy Maker

Nor had she ever seen such an eclectic collection of oddities. She picked up a pair of boots, vinyl, with a huge, plastic zipper. A vague memory of a porn film she had accidentally flipped on one late night flashed through her mind. Dominatrix, she believed it was called. She dropped the boots and sank onto a little bench sitting against the wall across from the racks of costumes. Fantasies. She had never had a sexual fantasy. All her sexual thoughts had always centered on Steve and their quiet sex life. All she had ever wanted was his hands on her, his lips telling her the things she wanted to hear.

Dragon Dhampir

Dragon Dhampir

Bethel frowned for a moment, “Well from a baby really, she would summon cakes from the kitchen and she would summon Lady Persephone’s son’s toys to play with. It was quite amusing really.” Helga’s eyes narrowed, “Seraphina, you are such a mystery.” She shook her head. “What do you mean?” Bethel questioned. “Well if we just consider the facts first, she is a Dragon Dhampir, a Dhampir with a familiar is rare enough yet, to have a Dragon familiar? I know I don’t need to tell you how rare that is,” Bethel nodded at Helga. “She also carries Alexandria’s Genesis, she has the markings for spirit, she-” Helga’s face paled as a thought came to mind.

The Lost Princess of the Alpha King

The Lost Princess of the Alpha King

A space of pure potential, where the First Weaver had been born, where the Origin had been dreamed, where the bridge had been imagined. "You have arrived," the voice said. I turned. A figure stood before me, its form shifting and changing, its eyes holding the depth of eternity. It was not a wolf. It was not a being. It was the embodiment of dreaming itself. "I am the Dreamer," it said. "I am the one who dreamed existence into being. I am the one who created the First Weaver. I am the one who created you." I stared at the Dreamer, my mind reeling.

THE ALPHA'S ADDICTION

THE ALPHA'S ADDICTION

Freya smiled at Yodah. "I can't help what I see, hun. I'm not exactly like everyone else. What kind of a concoction am I? Psychic. Mage/witch. Partly your kind. Daughter of the earth. Dragonseeker. I see things I'm not meant to see. I feel things I shouldn't. I need him," she admitted simply. "And I have to find him." Yodah slung his arm around her shoulders. "Well, little sister, that's exactly what we're going to do. Miles should be here any minute. He texted me and said he had everything ready."
