After I closed the door, I collapsed to the floor and broke down in tears. Having cried my heart out, I curled up on the cold tiles, trembling with sobs. The last notes of my broken cries faded into the silence. It was as if my entire heart had been ripped apart and left bleeding. At that moment, I couldn't see a future ahead of me.
