Stone Born

Stone Born

, and continued following him through the rooms. He pulled me around a corner, and through a door to a cramped hallway. "Those rooms are where the winged creatures were kept long ago." He told me, like it wasn't new news to me. "Winged creatures? like bats and birds?" I asked him. He sighed and laughed. "No, Princess. Like the Urus, and the Jaids." He told me. "Urus, like the town? What kind of creature is that?" I asked him. "I'll explain later, we need to keep moving." He urged me, and we kept moving through the cramped hallway. At the end of the cramped hallway, there was a small door. Gideon led me through the door, into a large bedroom. This bedroom was just as grand as the last, but it

The Way of the Dragon

The Way of the Dragon

"Meng Tianya, no matter how powerful he is, as long as he didn't die, I will kill him myself sooner or later! I will give you justice!" "Swoosh!" He seemed to have heard a sentence from Zephyr Khan. The skeleton, which had not decayed for countless years, was finished by Zephyr Khan. It began to shake gently. Then, cracks began to appear on the bones. In a flash, they turned into ashes and completely disappeared.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

The Game of Breaking Bones

The Game of Breaking Bones

I would come back to him. Julian rose to his feet, swaying. He stumbled to the corner and wrapped both hands around the heavy steel pipe. He closed his eyes. All he could see was me carrying him through the rain. He clenched his jaw, raised the pipe high above his head, and swung it down with every ounce of strength left in his body -- straight into his own left kneecap. *CRACK.* The sickening, brittle snap of shattering bone echoed through the tiny basement. Blinding pain ripped through his entire body. His kneecap was smashed to pieces. His lower leg twisted at a grotesque, unnatural angle.

Horror Nights

Horror Nights

"They have replaced the structural integrity of your skeleton with their own. If we kill them—if we even attempt to move them—your entire frame will collapse into a heap of fine, white powder. You aren't a man carrying a parasite anymore. You are a living monument. You are the mound." I tried to stand, to flee from the madness in his eyes, but as I shifted my weight, a sickening crunch echoed through the quiet room. It wasn't the sound of a bone breaking. It was the sound of a dry sandcastle being stepped on. My right femur didn't snap; it shifted. I felt a handful of dry, gritty material slide down inside my leg, pooling at my ankle.

BONE CROWN

BONE CROWN

The scout struggled for breath. "Nobody knows." Not a reassuring answer. "The ground is moving." Nobody liked that either. Lucien pinched the bridge of his nose. "Wonderful. Ancient monsters, magical crowns, and now moving mountains." "You're coping poorly," Cassian observed. "I'm coping exactly as expected." The argument ended abruptly. The Bone Crown suddenly burned. Not warmth. Not discomfort. Pain. White-hot pain. Lyra cried out. Her knees hit the snow. A scream tore through her skull.

' He thought as he lunged toward the skeleton, letting out a monstrous howl. Those people on the yachts outside could not see anything and began to curse. The first skeleton warrior rushed to Qin Haodong's side. Good Novel should have a feature where readers are allowed to grade novels based on contents, grammar, errors in spellings, names, storylines and maybe repeats. And these gradings come with deductions of the point values of future chapters. This exercise will keep quality control automatically
