The Iron Alpha

The Iron Alpha

"I studied anatomy, and I know it’s pretty weird for you guys, but I wanted to see if I could make two skeletons. Match the bones to each child using their height, age, etcetera. It’s like a big puzzle and I thought it would be nice if they could be placed back in their graves like that. Before it were just some random bones thrown together." Dad looked shocked at Kate’s words: "those are my fucking granddaughters’ bones you’re talking about." "Yeah, but they’re not." Kate said. "They are the bones of a child, but one child. There are not enough bones there to make an entire skeleton, but they do all belong to one child. A child much shorter than Aeryn. Aeryn was, I mean is, a tall girl, and

This is the incredible second book in the series. I fell in love with the characters in Alpha Osiris, and it is amazing to see how they grow and develop. Truly well written, great story lines, lots of steamyness, and great humor. I can't wait to see what Naomi D has is store next, for her readers.

So great seeing how the next generation is experiencing life in Iron River Pack. This book follows the teens as they come of age. All the characters from Alpha Osiris are here. I’d like to see more of the other kids as well. Very interesting so far. I love getting updates from the OG crew.

Bone Thin

Bone Thin

It's as cheesy as ever. "Natalie, what kind of slushy do you want?" Collin asks. "Lime," I say. "Okay, be right back," Collin says, heading toward the kitchen. "Thanks," I shout. Mrs. Abernathy gestures to me to follow her. We have a seat next to a large knight. I haven't seen him before. "Is the knight new?" I ask. "Yes, we just got him from an antique dealer. I call him Sir Knightly," she adds.

The Forgotten Titan's Resurgence

The Forgotten Titan's Resurgence

At the same time, Gideon and Pacino sprang into action, causing the three forces to clash and the glowing object to be tossed aside. As it landed, everyone could see it clearly. "A bone?" they exclaimed in surprise. They had anticipated discovering a rare treasure or a divine weapon, not a mere piece of bone. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a finger bone. It was as large as a palm and incomplete. It was evident that it couldn't belong to a human. It was clearly from a beast.

After five minutes of patting around, I picked up a stick and lit the tip up with a Fire Nova. I slowly continued ahead, straining my ears to make sure I was not ambushed by anything unsavory. I glanced down and saw what appeared to be thousands of bones. Some broken, some intact and some that didn't belong to a person. Are these from all of the demon’s victims? I carefully tried not to break any of the bones while not tripping. It’s like it goes on forever- As far as I can see.

The Songbird

The darkness of the room was all around her. The smell was the same as she smelt last night but heavier. She got the mitt and opened the door, and looked in to see the coals on the bottom still glowing red. She knew she could not really go into the unit until they were out completely. She looked around in it and then saw the one thing she was hoping she wouldn’t. A bone. A long human bone. She stood there and looked into the unit some more.

My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

someone whispered. Dustin’s face remained calm as he continued thinking. “Why don’t you go, Uncle Mark? You have to surpass that guy,” Timothy whispered and placed his hopes on the powerful fighter of his family. “I’ll make it to more than seven steps,” said Mark with a chuckle and walked out of the crowd. “He’s one of the strongest in the Bones family, Mark Bones!” Someone recognized him and was surprised. “He’s among the first class of sovereign grade fighters, and he’s much stronger than Victor Cain. He might actually be able to break that young man’s record!” someone else said with a laugh. He trusted Mark’s strength.

It put me on the spot, but I also knew that after what he had done for me so far, I would help him regardless. Out of everyone in the house, he was the only one that I felt comfortable talking to. "We can play a game or watch a movie." Bri's voice was soft and quiet, even with her excitement showing. She had long light brown hair that was naturally curly. Her eyes were a beautiful warm brown, but her cheekbones stuck out sharply, and she was skinnier than a kid her age should be.

ALPHA’s HEART MY PRISON

ALPHA’s HEART MY PRISON

A little further, a white skeleton dressed in a red dark coat was detaching. Most of the clothes on the skeletons had rotten, but this particular red coat was made of nylon, so it was in better condition. I got closer and thoroughly cleaned the bones and red coat. It looked like a female skeleton. There were only four finger bones on her left hand and her little finger was missing. I positioned the skeleton in front of Vincent. The lower limbs were missing and only the damaged upper part of the body remained. Vincent's expression changed radically as he stared at the missing finger. He remained silent and his eyes turned red.

Digging up My Bones

"Sam, is Kristen hiding because she doesn't want to donate her bone marrow to me?" Violet asked pitifully. She looked like she was on the verge of tears. Samuel ruffled her hair affectionately. "Don't worry. It's just leukemia. Even if Kristen doesn't donate her bone marrow to you, I'll search the entire country to find you a match." Violet pouted and said, "My body didn't show any signs of rejection upon receiving Kristen's bone marrow. The doctor said he's never seen two people with such a high level of compatibility."

To the Bone

To the Bone

The Shadowline By Friday, the town had already twisted Sophie into something else. Something easier to forget. Her name wasn't mentioned out loud, not in the halls, not in the diner, not even during the long, sagging sermons on Sunday. There was no funeral. There never was. Black Salt didn’t bury what it couldn’t explain. But the Bone House held her.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ending of 'Not Even Bones' slams you with brutal consequences and moral ambiguity. Nita, who started as a morally gray protagonist dissecting supernatural beings, becomes the hunted after her betrayal is exposed. The final chapters show her trapped in a cage by Kovit, the zannie she once worked with, who now feeds on her pain. It's a dark reversal of power that leaves you questioning who to root for. The last scene hints at Nita's transformation—she's not just a victim but adapting, possibly becoming more monstrous than those she feared. The open-ended nature suggests she might embrace her darker side in future installments, making it a chilling but perfect setup for the sequel.
