Our first element was earth. Thorn explained that the ability to manipulate and control solid earth, including shaping landscapes, creating earthquakes, or moving rocks, was called Terrakinesis. I found it much easier this time and could quickly displace dirt and make it into a mound. Daemon also achieved this as effortlessly and rapidly as I did. There were six other recognised earth elemental abilities, which were for another day.

“Come sit. I think you’ll feel safer if my arms are around you, right?” I smile and nod. He taps the floor again and I go sit in front of him, in between his legs. He has me lean back as he pulls his legs up so his feet are on the floor, surrounding my lower body as his arms come around me, basically wrapping me in his embrace. He leans his head against mine, his mouth by my ear. “I’m going to pull on my earth element,” he says, turning one palm upward and creating a small dirt mound on his hand. I watch as he makes grass grow and it looks like he just cut a piece of the earth out of the ground.

The last thing I wanted to do was look down at what lay at the bottom of the split earth. Even though my brain kept screaming for me to look I focused on pulling myself up. When I was sure I wouldn’t fall to my death I got to my feet and moved as far away from the cracks as possible. I stared at Jade incredulously. She was muttering under her breath but I wasn’t paying attention to that. The words didn’t make sense anyway. I couldn’t believe that this was her gift. She was like Toph from The Last Air bender. Not only was I surprised but I was in awe of her. “Can you make rocks fly?” I asked. The chanting stopped as she looked at me.

Bruce continues, annoying his eldest friend with a silly look on his face. Liza just rolls her eyes. No matter how many times she convinces her pals to believe it, they are just creating fun out of it. "Whoosh, Whoosh!" Bruce wiles his hand like an air bender, his funny gestures cause Missy and Miguel to chuckle. Pressing his chin to his chest to make his voice sound deep, he says "I am Bruce Allen Abhir your mighty warrior, protector of the earth and sky!" acting like he is indeed a warrior.

I gestured to my food. Judith shook her head, “You need all the energy you can get, believe me.” I turned to Brian; he said, “You heard her; it's going to be tough today.” I sighed in defeat and picked up the fork proceeding to eat. “Do you know you can cause an earthquake just by thinking about it?” Judith suddenly asked. I raised my brow at her as I chewed slowly on my food. “It comes with your earth abilities, that's why it's important to be cautious. Until you're able to master the earth element, try to control your thoughts.” She explained.

In the year 1720, Benders came into existence in the human world. They were violent creatures, venting out their anger on humans. According to the legends, Benders came from an alternate universe, through a magical cave. They were called Viatores. They promised redemption but it was false as they evolved into ferocious beasts, whom humans dreaded. Their species hurt humans for years, until research out that Mercury weakens them. But unlike the natural Mercury, this metallic substance was found in the cave that linked them to earth. A cave that couldn't be weakened or destroyed by any earthly weapons.

He used the last of his strength in a fight to the death, not backing away in the slightest. Elsa was so terrified she had let out a scream. Even she could tell that Ryder was walking right into a death trap, and there was no way he was a match for the monster. Wilbur let out a sigh. He opened and closed his palms, which exploded with spirit pressure as he shouted, "Lethal Earth!" He did not stop after that, gesturing with his palms again and shouting, "Quad Thunder!" Wilbur seemed to complete everything in a matter of seconds. At the same time, an earthen giant around five meters tall rose from the ground between Ryder and the monster.

Once again, its paws smashed the boulder in front of it. With a loud bang, the huge boulder which weighed nearly a hundred tons was shattered into pieces by its paw. These pieces flew in all directions like raindrops. "Ao..." The Earth Bear had a certain amount of intelligence. It seemed to know the reason for all of this, so it ignored the people around and strode toward the cave. Li Zhen shouted from the side, "Stop it quickly. We can't let it return to the cave." This Earth Bear was very powerful. If it was guarding the cave, there was no way for Li Zhen and others to enter the cave.

Zara smiled, “It’s amazing that you can do that with only your stored waves.” I smiled, “I can also create earthquakes and I can make the ground like a trampoline to slow the enemy.” I jumped and the area under our feet sank a little under our weight. I jumped slightly, causing Luke, Zara and Parker to bounce. They all jumped at the same time, and I bounced high. When I came down, Luke caught me. We all laughed at this and Zara chuckled, “Your children are going to love this. I can also see how it could slow the enemy.” Luke agreed, “This could be super useful.” I tapped the ground with my foot and the ground under us became firm once again.
