She called out, her voice echoing eerily in the vast emptiness. "Ghost?" she whispered, her voice barely a sound. A chuckle, low and sardonic, filled the darkness. Then, a single figure emerged from the shadows. Tall and shrouded in darkness, its face hidden beneath a hood, this was Ghost.

Men are usually not excited to go to the beach. “Yes, it went peachy,” I spat back dry. “As you well know. Though I just got an email from the Ghost.” I quickly started typing my reply, letting the Ghost know the privacy terms were fine. “The privacy terms are a deal breaker.” “So, are you keeping the Ghost on or cutting him loose?” I noted Massimo said him. I grinned. “I’m still not convinced it is a him,” I told him. “But yes, I’ll accept the terms.” Switching to a more interesting subject, I tilted my head towards the surveillance monitor. “What have those two been up to?”

Amanda snapped, her simmering anger reigniting at the stranger's audacious familiarity with her full name. "I am Ghost."

We exchanged glances for a second, but I was quick to avert my gaze and I didn't even know why. They've got tattoos on their faces and arms down to their shoulders. It was in the middle of the road, the sides surrounded by a lake. The one with a bird tattoo stepped forward, his smirk wider than the rest. “Look who we have here. It's Ghost” he laughed. “The soulless dead man who is here to haunt us today. Oh, I'm getting scared” another said. They laughed, and I let them hold their peace before they ended up in misery.

By the time Richard arrived, the funeral was almost over. Everyone who had come to say goodbye was gone. Only I remained. I wanted a little more time with Chloe. She'd always been clingy. And she was afraid of the dark. "Richard, see? I told you Selena was lying. If this were really a funeral, why is nobody here? This is obviously another stunt to get you to come home." Grace's voice cut through the silence. Richard's face darkened.

There was fresh blood on the floor, but the animal didn't react. I took a shaky step forward, my heart hammering against my ribs. The wolf didn't turn. I walked closer, standing five feet away and holding my bleeding hand out. Nothing. I walked until I was standing right next to the bars, inches from the cold metal. The wolf threw itself at the cage again, trying to get to Declan. Its claws sparked against the iron. It ignored me completely. I was invisible. "You really are a Ghost," Declan said softly. He walked up beside me. He raised the knife again and sliced his own palm.

It wasn’t like he was going to be stepping into any big role right away like me. His old man goes by “Ghost” and I hope he’ll be like him. Ghost is kind of Grouch’s right hand. While I’m the enforcer, the one with the most flies, Ghost is usually the one who gets the guys that come into the basement. You’ll never see him coming until he’s putting zip ties on your wrists and a bag over your head. He’s a huge dude but he’s light footed and sneaky. Professional stalker is the term I use.

“Please tell me you’re not in Morocco because of Ghost.” Klaus mentioned he gave Ghost two weeks off for offering himself as a human punching bag. I didn’t know where Ghost went, but I hope I’m mistaken. However, the way Rain chewed on her lip and tucked her hair behind her ears, I already knew the answer. “Rain,” I grumbled, pinching the bridge of my nose. “Ghost is a good person. Don’t ruin the guy, for fuck’s sake.” “What…” she looked the other way. “I just want to get to know him.”

Ghost is a dark fae, which means he’s greedy, likes death, and likes pretty women with spunk. His short white hair is spiked. Ghost wears a black sleeveless hoodie and black and white checkered jeans with black boots. His eyebrows, nose, and lips are all pierced with gages in both ears. His pointed ears give him away that he is fae. Ghost has all black eyes, much like one would think a demons would be if they were real. Some things are just stories made up of distorted truths. Demons and angels fall into that category. Ghost's pasty white skin almost glows under the glow of the flashing lights.
