The woman happily stretched out her hand, then said, "My name is Evelyn Calista." Edward didn't return the handshake, he just glanced at her. "I'm Edward Victor," he replied, looking away. In fact, he never interacted directly with women other than his mother, let alone chatting and shaking hands. Evelyn took a deep breath, Edward's attitude just now made her think that the man was arrogant. "He's so arrogant," she mumbled softly, pulling her hand back. "What did you say?" Evelyn forced a smile, crossed her arms in an 'X' shape then replied, "No, I didn't say anything. Okay, come with me. I'll treat your wound," she replied pulling Edward's black robe without permission.

“Seriously? Eddy. I thought we've gone through this before?” Edward sighed. “My love for her hasn’t faded. If anything, it’s grown stronger.” Mark scoffed. “Ed, come on. You’re a Jones. She’s a nobody. How else should I explain this, so it could stick in your head and mind?” “She’s not a nobody,” Edward said firmly. “She’s the strongest person I’ve ever known. What she went through, and she still stood proud.” “So what, you want to crawl back to her now that you’re about to wear a council badge?”

Chapter 1. Crimson Pack Big House. "Edward you're insane, she can't be The Luna of this pack find someone else. Plus It'll be a disgrace to our pack... For Heaven's sake, she's an Omega... A servant nothing else!" Abigail uttered. Shrugging off her statement Edward walks over to the back bar and pours some whiskey into a glass and he starts sipping it as he contemplates Abigail's statement. He walked into the room, his piercing blue eyes softened as he saw Mandi sitting on my bed and the kids curled on the floor. Mandi turned around, her eyes widening slightly as she looked him in. Edward grinned. "I’m not sure we've met." He approached her and offered a hand. "Edward Silver." Mandi gave him a hard handshake. "I'm Mandi Reynolds. Vanessa's best buddy, unofficial protector, and certified older sister." “What’s up with the laptop?” Edward asked, his smirk deepening. Mandi closed the laptop calmly. “Let’s just say, girls stuff.” Edward’s gaze moved to me with knowing amusement as he hummed.

But the good thing is, you successfully birthed the young prince, and the mother would live, all thanks to you.” “I am happy to be of a help,” Irene nodded with a gentle smile. Catherine’s gaze went to the crib by the bed and she walked to it, “so this is the little prince,” she said and when her eyes landed on the black-haired beauty, she turned sharpy to Edward, “this is a mini you,” she smiled but like always, Edward didn’t join in her humor and she didn’t seem to mind, her eyes going back to the child. “What is wrong with him, I can’t sense his alpha powers.”

'Whatever,' Ryan murmured, unclasping his hands. They all walked towards the small cafteria. The small cluster of trees moved a little as Edward came out from behind them. He de-activated his invisible suit. He stared at the squad 10 members' departing figures. He stroked his smooth chin thoughtfully. 'Interesting.'

He handed me one and I looked into the cup to see a dark red liquid. "Did you spike my drink?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "It hurts that you think I would do such a thing!" Edward gasped as he held his chest in a comical manner. I rolled my eyes and took a sip from the cup. My eyes brightened as the sweet taste took me by surprise. "Its grape wine, non alcoholic, I know you don't drink," He grinned. "Thanks," I said, shooting him a small smile. I turned my eyes to the people dancing around the fire place and noticed that Sylvia had joined them. She had her hands in the air and she was swinging them around as she giggled.
