Taking a deep breath Elara opened the book, her hands trembling as her long wavy brown hairs flew because of strange wind, She frowned as she took in the sight of a strange wheel rested on the first page, its surface etched with symbols she couldn’t read. It was cold as Elara touched it it had a center gem which continuously changed colour, her frown deepened and she unknowingly spun the wheel, suddenly a bright golden light surrounded the room and Elara was long gone with no traces left. "Fair point." She glanced at the remaining items, then gasped again. "Did he get you shoes and earrings too? STOP IT—AHHH!" Elle opened a large velvet box on the table and squealed. Inside were a pair of dangling earrings—each with a sparkling diamond at the top and a larger canary yellow diamond suspended below, the entire piece framed in a halo of brilliant white diamonds. "Finric Shadowclaw," Elle whispered dramatically, "you've officially outdone every man on this continent."

His Luna Returned—So I Left With His Baby”

His Luna Returned—So I Left With His Baby”

The relic responded on cue. A soft, pearly glow bloomed around the jewelry, haloing the skin above her collarbone. The air around her shivered with a faint resonance hum—the kind that made wolves’ hackles lift, that whispered of bonds and promises. Several guests turned toward her, pulled by instinct. “Do you see?” One Luna sighed. “Such alignment. Even now.” The glow was pretty. Convincing. It's completely artificial. Elowen felt the glass-singing in her bones rise to meet it like a challenge.

Taking The Demon's Mate

Taking The Demon's Mate

Pandora bit her lowermost lip. Ellen smiled. "Your eyes are glowing. Did my words make you flustered? Or is this the face of fear?" "..." Pandora surrendered to silence, not wanting to ruin the moment. She showered Ellen with love. Her actions left a clear response, and Ellen sought refuge in it. There were no regrets- no shame in what they felt for each other. And that was a great reason to be afraid. **** Days Later... My Alpha Mate Wants Me Back

My Alpha Mate Wants Me Back

Blood drips from the side of his neck, but it’s nothing serious. Handing my sword to Eldris, I toss the wedding band to the ground and open the locket. There are two women in it. A blonde with animated green eyes, and she holds a little girl in her arms. I pull out the picture and toss it to Eldris. “Have Remis search the villages in Eldora. Kill them on sight.”

The Lion of Shadowfen

Gael sounded a little disheartened at his words. Aurelia noticed a book on the table. It was old and covered in a thick layer of dust. Aurelia reached into her armor and drew the silver fan. She waved it back and forth. A small cloud of dust drifted across the room. Luckily the author wrote the book in a well-known dialect. "I have finally found the temple's secret. The artifact creates illusions that are seen and felt. The Lemurians were a crafty lot. They kept a token colony for the world to see but kept all of their riches here.

Her eyes reflected the awe that she felt as she gazed at the antique Johnson Brothers dinnerware, Repoussé flatware, and the Waterford stemware that accompanied it. “I see that you appreciate old things,” Cecil said with approval. “I get it from Esmerelda, I think,” she said with a warm smile in my direction. “She’s got this uncanny connection to old things. It’s as if they speak to her.” “Really?” he said as he studied me a little more closely than I was comfortable with. “You have an air about you, Miss Sleuth. It speaks of times gone by. Has anyone ever told you that?”

THE REJECTED LUNA

THE REJECTED LUNA

He carefully removed one of the oldest volumes. Its leather cover was cracked with age. Across the front were the same crescent moon symbols carved into the pendant. Elsie's breath caught. "The same symbol..." Rowan nodded. "I've never shown this to anyone." He placed the book gently on a nearby table. Dust rose into the air as he opened it. Most of the pages were written in an ancient language. Until one illustration caught Elsie's attention. It showed a woman standing beneath a full moon. Beside her was a magnificent white wolf.

The Feast of the Luna

Elara sat back down, her tail wagably content. "You're getting good at this," Fenris murmured, reaching for her hand. "She’s just so easy to poke," Elara admitted. "But Silas... about that book." Silas sighed, sliding the leather-bound volume across the table. "It was in the 'Discarded' pile in the archives. It’s a centuries-old collection of patterns from the Great Weavers of the North. They say the last Luna used to knit charms into the garments to keep the hunters warm."

He tilts his head with concern when I look back at him. “Just promise me.” I wipe the tears from my face. “Please.” “Okay, I promise won’t get mad.” He shakes his head, not understanding why he would need to promise that. I take the dragon scale gloves from Pan and carefully unwrap the leather strings holding the bag closed. I reach inside and grab the massive book by the spine. I wait a moment to prepare myself before I slide it out onto the crystal stand. I take a sharp breath when it comes into view. It’s just as beautiful as I remember. The cursed black leather cover has a sheen of iridescent purple when it hits the light. Instead of a leather binding on the edge, I sowed it with golden

This story was “ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL”!! I love love loved it!! So well written & very descriptive!! The characters had such depth! My favourite characters were Bronx and Kas(Iokaste), of course!! They went through “SO” much, but made it through!!

Love this book and this author. She has found a way to write two books that seem like completely different stories but then happen to intertwine at an unexpected point. Ever chapter she posts leaves me wanting more. I can’t wait to continue reading this series!
