Eleanor Chipmunk Costume Novels & Stories

I turned, hoping maybe it was a nurse. It wasn’t. Eleanor stood in the doorway, arms folded in that expensive-looking, tailored black coat, her hair pulled into a precise bun that didn’t dare move. Her lipstick was too perfect. She wore a pair of sunglasses that covered almost half of her face. And next to her stood another woman. Blonde, poised, expensive from head to heel. She held a modest clutch like it were a statement. Her smile was soft, eyes dripping with false concern. She looked like she was trying so hard to look angelic, but was failing at it.

“Because you have nothing “ my wolf almost grunted. It seemed Eleanor had the dress with her already because when I turned to her smiling sheepishly, she quickly brought it out of her apron. It was a sleeveless lacy black dress that flowed to the ground with tiny nude straps. It looked simple yet sophisticated. When I wore it, it hugged my slim waist in a way that made me self conscious, the color of my fierce red hair seemed to brighter and my ivory skin looked paler than a ghost, I could feel my cracked lips too, those angry marks on my neck were crystal clear so I brushed my hair to both sides of my face, letting it pour as it managed to cover most of my neck. I wore an old pair of slipper

Looking over at the girl that was still in chains on the floor, she remembered that Scarlett was actually still there, she knew the girl must have been listening to them all along and she didn't really care, let her listen so when she was killed, she could tell all the other alpha wolves in the afterlife that they messed with the wrong family. "Get up and help Eleanor clean up. Draw up some water from her bath and help her get dressed." She already knew Eleanor was going to protest that she had nothing new to wear so she just waved a hand and a wardrobe appeared out of nowhere. Eleanor rushed to it immediately and when she opened it, she saw beautiful dresses, some of them heavy and some of

“Let me get changed.” Ellery’s own outfit—an off-the-shoulder jumper that simply said DEAD, a floral skirt, black tights, Docs, and a backpack with cat skeletons on it—didn’t offer much insight into possible destinations. It suggested something fairly casual but, knowing Ellery, that was probably how she’d dress for tea with the queen.

"I know right? But I feel bad for her. At least her sense of fashion has upgraded, can't you see those authentic boots and jewelry? She must be trying to make herself feel good by looking good." They share a soft laugh and their voices soon faded into inaudible murmurs. I looked down at myself, wondering if the clothes were really authentic. I guessed they were, after all, they did belong to Eleanor. The alpha and Luna must have bought her expensive clothes and shoes. It was nothing spectacular to me, a red top and leather brown shorts with boots that matched its color and a golden chain belt. It wasn't my usual way of dressing, but I had seen the exact look on a girl in a movie before and I

When she realized that tactic wasn't working, she stopped resisting, seemingly resigned to whatever fate awaited her. At least, that was how it appeared on the surface. In the interrogation room, the aunt and nephew sat across from each other. Eleanor still wore the plain clothing from the Emberfest Festival night, but after days in the dungeon, her garments were wrinkled and her hair was disheveled. She looked drained, with dark circles under her eyes. In just a few days, she had lost a significant amount of weight, making her skin sag and giving her an aged appearance, as if she had aged five or six years overnight.

She then put on her sweater on top of her school uniform. "I’m just wondering if we could go to the nearby boutique to pick up some gowns for the ball next week," she says. Yeah, I forgot about that. "Sure, but let's stop by our houses first so we can change into more comfortable clothes and leave our heavy school bags." Sheila agreed with the thought. They separated, three streets from each other’s houses. Eleanor walked on her own way home, thinking about what color of the gown she would wear. Eleanor took the mail from their blue mailbox before going inside.

"Thank you, Luna. I'll try it on." The moment Mia disappeared into the dressing room, Sophia confronted Eleanor. "What was that? Why would you defend her?" "Why are you so eager to be the bad guy? Leave it to me, I know how to deal with women like her." Turning, Eleanor approached one of the shop attendants who stood nearby with one of the dresses she had looked at earlier before insisting on white. It was a black off-shoulder dress with lace detail. The designer had recommended it, but Eleanor had declined because it was too sexy whereas she had been looking for something much simpler. "I'll take this one."

But someone stopped right in front of me, blocking my path. Eleanor. And… she was wearing the exact same dress I was. “For fuck’s sake, Eleanor. You can’t ever do anything original, can you?” I found myself asking before my brain could even catch up. The dress was identical to mine, but in red. Eleanor had a sickly sweet fake smile on her face as she assessed me from head to toe. “I was wondering how this would look on me after I saw you try it on at the boutique. I think I made the right choice, don’t you?” She flipped her hair back dramatically.

Eleanor turned her head slowly toward the framed photograph resting on her mahogany desk, a photo of William taken thirty years ago when he was four years old, sitting on the lawns of the estate. The two faces were identical. Down to the tiny, stubborn dimple near the left corner of their mouths. "My God..." Eleanor gasped out into the quiet room, her heart hammering against her ribs like an erratic drum. "Oh, my God." By Monday morning, the matriarch of the Reynold empire had traded her sharp Chanel suits and diamond earrings for a soft cashmere cardigan, simple trousers, and a wide-brimmed sunhat. At 8:30 AM, she sat on a green wooden park bench right across from a quiet neighborhood kinde
