Inside were Ophelia's freshly received graduation certificate and a wallet. There were two photos tucked inside the wallet. One was a family picture from when she was five, with Alexia sitting between Sean and Wesley, while Ophelia herself stood off to the side. The other was a photo of her and Marcus together. Soon after, Alexia arrived at the cemetery. She wore a pristine designer tweed set, paired with the latest luxury handbag. She pinched her nose as she looked around in disgust, muttering that Ophelia couldn't even bother to die somewhere respectable.

She wasn't about to let it slip away. Eleanor looked up and found Julian's eyes cold as glass. "You're staying tonight." Not a question. Not a discussion. Pure command. Her fist clenched at her side. "I have a job. I'm expected in tomorrow." "Then quit." She stared at him, stunned. He shrugged, that same maddening half-smile settling in. "You're not honestly telling me your job matters more than Cassandra's, are you?" Most of the family in that room had no idea Eleanor was also a designer at Fenwick & York. The trending headline had said as much, technically, but no one had read past the scandalous photos with Caleb.

Then her eyes opened. They found me instantly. “Dreaming about me?” I murmured. “Lucian,” she whispered, her voice barely audible, her eyes widening with shock. I didn't wait for her to say another word. I pressed the cloth over her mouth and nose. Her beautiful eyes remained fixed on mine as she struggled against me, confusion and fear flashing across her face. Within moments, her body went limp, and her eyes slipped shut. “I’m sorry, Eleanor,” I whispered. “But you’re too stubborn. You should have come with me willingly when you had the chance. Then I wouldn't have been forced to do this.”

But few years after, I was able to find her again on the the famous app called palmchat, and I began stalking her. You read that right. I've been stalking Melissa Jones for over four years now, and for reasons I do not know, I've never been able to summon the courage to message her on I*******m, which is now the happening spot. King Spencer chuckled, and he nibbled her ear lobe. Eleanor giggled sheepishly in his arms, clogging closer to him as he was now wrapping his brawny hands around her. It felt as if he was protecting her from the world, it was as if he was letting the entire know that she belongs to him, and only him! "Uh, the second wish is that you have to promise me dearly that you will never leave me!" Eleanor giggled shyly. Fuck, she shouldn't have said that to him! King Spencer admired her girlish and childish side of her, and it hurts his heart that he had only caused her nothing but pains and miseries.

And since Aaron is the victim and definitely hates Neil's guts then that only leaves one other person. "Aaron, be very careful," Eleanor whispers, her voice trembling with fury. Do you really think I will jeopardise all of that?" "Maybe not for the wrong person. But for the right person, a person you believed in, then yes." "You're insane," She scoffs, "Do you really think I’m foolish enough to sign off on something that could be traced back to me?"

She was so embarrassed that she wished she were dead at the moment. Her participation in the games was solely to get into Vitality Biotech Group. Eleanor, who loved biology since childhood, aspired to be as impressive as the founder of Vitality Biotech Group. But she had made herself a fool the night before by doing stupid things and uttering nonsense in front of her idol. She even used the dirty and malicious rhetoric she used against Rachel to describe her idol. "Eleanor, why are you hiding?" Aaron asked while consistently nudging her with his elbow.

Mirena met her gaze. “This is as far as we’ve come toward our dream,” Eleanor continued. “Don’t let anyone hinder it. Not even the Pierces.” Mirena held her eyes, unwavering and nodded without hesitation. “I promise, I won't.”

I would probably add something to it. Eleanor's eyes widened in surprise, and it was obvious that she had not expected it. Later, I discovered that they had never discussed the pay. She only started living and working with him because she hoped he would pay her something tangible. Knowing this helped me understand why tears welled up in her eyes. She almost did not expect anything from him. He then turned to face her, and everything changed. "My last wish is for you, Eleanor. This young man is in love with you.”

I massage my temples because it’s frustrating, and the fact that she’s off-limits, it’s already complicated. “Someone is in the reception insisting on talking to you in person. She said you know her, and it’s urgent. You know the drill, Seb. She can’t come unless she has an appointment.” Maybe another stalker or some crazy bitch. “Not interested. I have some important to do that makes me richer so that I can help the world to be a better place. Send her away.” After a few minutes, Elle calls again. “Seb, she said she’s Abbygail King. She’d shown identification.” That name alone makes me freeze, and my stupid heart starts to flutter in anticipation.
