***ABOUT THE BOOK*** The Elf King & I is a romance/humor/fantasy fiction set in the fictional world called Aldous (+ a few more) and the real world, USA. The relationships of the characters are: - BxB for main couples. - BxG for others. This story is bound to have some silly events to depict comedy scenes for a good-time laugh. Nevertheless, though the story may start light-themed at first, it is recommended to brace yourself for a heavy plot in the future.

I chose not to respond to Eliz discussing it. My eyes are drawn to a book that is located at the end of the shelf. There was only a candle as lighting for the bookshelf. "Eliz? Why is this shelf different from other shelves? "I asked. Eliz then whispered very carefully, "This is an unreadable book. I mean, it's still difficult to understand. You will not be able to open this book. It only chooses hands that have a certain energy," eliz explained.

I whispered with a loving smile, "which story would you like tonight?" Mathew's face lit up with excitement, his tiny hands reaching for his favorite book. "The one about the brave little wolf, Mumma!" I chuckled as I opened the book, a captivating story about a young wolf's grand adventure. Mathew listened with rapt attention, his eager eyes fixed on the pages as I spun the tale of bravery and exploration. By the time I reached the part where the little wolf found solace under the silvery glow of the moon, my son was already fast asleep.

So, whenever I felt sad, I hid inside. The air smelled like paper and dust, and everything inside was old and dusty. The books on the shelves didn't have pictures on the cover like my books, and they were huge. I couldn't have completed reading one book even if I kept reading it for years, that's how big they were. Elena most probably could have finished the book; she liked reading books a lot more than I did.

Ethan and Elsa didn't seem to mind but Elma was distraught and retreated up to her room as well. I sighed. She was a sweetheart but she had to learn to live without me sometimes. I locked my door. And flopped on my bed. The book was still where I had left it. I was too scared to open it last night. I didn't want to see the large black wolf in my dreams. I took a deep breath and stroked the cover again. Nothing happened. It was all still the same. I braced myself and opened the book. I was bewildered at first.

Amora asked Alex while looking at Alex and his hands looking for the book. "No, mother, I didn't find it" Alex replied while wiping his sweat because he was tired of looking for the book. Until suddenly, Amora saw a book that was on the top shelf. The book was dark purple in color and had white beads that glowed and the only book that gave off a white glow. "Alex, that book looks interesting could you please get me the book?" Amora said while pointing at the shelf where the book was, Alex suddenly looked at the book and nodded to his mother as a sign that he was going to take the book.
