The Bad boy of Pine Creek: My biker lover
I glanced uncertainly at Max who gave the nod for me to head over.
Julie pulled me to a framed picture that hung on the wall. It was a high school photograph of PINE CREEK HIGH, CLASS OF ’80. It was dated and dusty.
She pointed to the female figure sitting on the left-corner. “Look how pretty I was back then.”
“You are still pretty today, Julie,” Max called out to her.
She waved a hand at him. “Oh, stop it you!”
“And this,” her fingers traced to the male students standing in the back. “…is Max’s father, Ron. This is Mr. Chadwick, Aston’s father. And this right here is a man we knew as Paul Ritter, your father,” she said.
