No harm done. Olivia opened the book, but she didn’t understand it. Her hands shook while the book glowed with a ghoulish amethyst light. She dropped it and moved away when smoke spiraled from it. At the same time, Olivia heard an eerie cackle and saw the vision of a tall elegant woman dressed in a black gown. The little girl stared open-mouthed at the lady with crimson, lilac hair and yellow horns protruding from her head. Olivia’s body trembled.

I try again to mind link him with no answer. I hear footsteps down the hall coming towards my door. I quickly stand as tall as possible, which is hard because I am so tired and my legs barely hold me up anymore. I have to though; I refuse to show him any sign of weakness. Behind the falls, a narrow cavern entrance beckoned. "This must be it," Lena remarked. "The Oracle's abode." We ventured inside, torches illuminating the damp passageways. The air grew colder as we descended, and an unsettling silence enveloped us. --- Elara's Perspective Deep within the cavern, we encountered an expansive chamber adorned with ancient symbols and relics. At its center sat an elderly woman, her eyes milky white, exuding an aura of timeless wisdom. "Welcome, seekers," she spoke, her voice echoing softly. "I am the Oracle. You have come to unveil the hidden truths."

We follow behind. A hidden cave lies behind the water, with shimmering crystals all around the entrance. She manages to stay completely dry, while Gabe and I’s coats are both soaked. There were no windows in here, the only source of light were glowing crystals placed around the cave. She leads us to the end of the cave, before pulling on a purple crystal. The ground starts to shake as the cave opens up more, revealing rows and rows of bookshelves. How will she ever find the spell she needs in this abundance of books?

This gained all my interest and U was determined to know exactly what it was. I pushed myself into the small opening and began to crawl. I crawled through the tight tunnel like area until I reached a large cave. I pushed myself out of the tunnel and I looked around in awe. What was this place? The cave was empty, only having a short pillar and on top of it was the glowing book I had laid my eyes on earlier. It glowed with a purple light that seemed to attract me to it. I walked over to it and examined it carefully. It had the same inscription that the spell book had. Just what was this book?

Odd since the royal family barely lifted a hand around here. There were large gold plated shelves all over the room, way more than I could hope to count, that contained books of all kinds, history, music, mysticism, astrology, and books of Lycan law. The spines of each book was so beautiful, I couldn’t help but touch each one I passed. "Elora! Isn't this delightful?" Lucy squealed like a happy child. "This place is beautiful." I replied, absent mindedly. I was totally lost in the beauty of the books.
