Where am I? “The Ethereal Nexus,” a voice whispered from everywhere and nowhere. Serena turned sharply — and her heart nearly stopped. Elias was there, kneeling only a few feet away, his figure caught between man and mist. His veins glowed silver-black; his eyes flickered like dying stars. Every breath he took came with the sound of thunder. Behind him, lightning forked through the void, illuminating a monstrous silhouette—Fenris, the god who refused to die. “Elias!” she cried, rushing forward. “Hold on—please—”
