She has just finished killing a human, not only has she drained the person's blood, she cut off the person's head, the reason best known to her. She got to her castle and entered. Is he… some kind of vampire?” I laughed awkwardly at my own joke, praying I didn’t sound suspicious. Thankfully, she laughed. “He had me when he and my mum were eighteen. She died giving birth to me. And no, he isn’t married. Honestly? I don’t want him to be. I don’t want a stepmother nightmare in my life.”

They realized that she may be still in school, but she was over the age of eighteen and a sound-minded lady who had never gotten into trouble before. “Well, I still want you to call every day, and don’t forget to stop in.” Mrs. Remsey knew it was a losing battle to get her to change her mind. Ever since she’d turned eighteen it seemed her personality had changed a little and she was now more dominant and determined in her nature than she’d been previously. “I will and Emily is so happy to have both Madison and me there with her through this difficult time.” Alex gave her mom and dad one last kiss on the cheek, then she and Danny made their escape without any more questions being asked.
