She felt guilty for being the reason I was the only one left in our family. As she apologized, I had this weird feeling in my heart. Instead of being angry at her, I felt relieved. I felt relieved because, finally, I could see colors again. I immediately ran towards her and gave her a tight hug. All the emotions I've bottled up for years suddenly came all at once. I kept crying, and I couldn't stop even if I wanted to. She was aware of my condition, so all of her guilt turned into relief as she held me in her arms, telling me everything was going to be alright.

Dalia felt herself trembling, her mind lost in the haze of alcohol and overwhelming sensation. Just as when it seemed she was going to start begging for him to fill her up with his dick, the intense pleasure suddenly gave way to an emotional jolt of pain that dragged her back to reality. The tears came suddenly, hot and unstoppable. “I can’t do it anymore…” she sobbed, pushing weakly at his shoulders. “I can’t… I’m sorry… I just can’t.”

That photograph was our story, captured in one still frame. I sipped my coffee and exhaled slowly. My novels had always been about love, hope, and perseverance, themes that had grown naturally out of my own life experiences. But lately, I’d been thinking about Luca and Emilia, about how much they’d grown and how they saw the world. I wondered what kind of stories they would want to read, what tales might help them understand themselves and others better.

I adjusted slightly in my seat, folding my hands on my lap. “So,” she continued, leaning forward with interest, “your book has been described as emotionally intense and deeply personal. What inspired the story in the first place?” I let out a small breath. “Human contradictions,” I said slowly. “How people can love deeply and still hurt each other. How truth and deception sometimes live in the same space. I wanted to explore emotional conflict… the kind that doesn’t have clean answers.” She nodded thoughtfully. “Did any personal experiences shape the themes?”

"Emmy, I just wanted to say that others can’t hurt you if you're strong. If you always care about what others think, you'll live for them and you will not be yourself." Emmy looked at Jade, seeming to understand a bit but not quite. She blinked her big eyes and said, "Jade, I don't quite understand what you're saying." "Well then, how about I tell you a story?" Jade smiled at Emmy. It seemed as if her smile was magical, as Emmy was instantly captivated. "Okay, I love hearing stories," Emmy said eagerly. "Then I'll start." Jade cleared her throat and began to tell the story slowly. "There was once a woman who was betrayed by the person she trusted the most and met a tragic end..."

Tears pooled down her eyes as she trembled and cried in pain. He sprawled on the sofa and said “Ok , then I’ll tell your husband everything including you having sex with me ” “Do you think he'll believe you, over me? ” “He definitely will after he sees this recording.” Clover got up and pulled out his smartphone showing Emily a video recording. “It’s..it’s” she stuttered. “It's you and me , together, in your apartment.” “I'm sure your husband will be proud to see his wife having sex with her own brother.”

Once I got pregnant, I’d overthought everything, especially since Steve wasn’t about to do any thinking. “Where are you going?” he asks now. I shrug. “Maybe the book store, maybe just a walk. I don’t know.” “Want company?” “No.” The word comes out harsher than I intended. “Sorry. No,” I say, gentling the response. “I just…” I stop, not wanting to hurt his feelings. Which is ridiculous, seeing as how it was me not wanting to hurt his feelings that kept us together as long as it did. But it’s been two years. I shouldn’t have to care about his feelings anymore.

That one spread deepest. Because memory itself could become emotional manipulation when shaped entirely by longing. I remained silent for a long time before speaking again. Then softly. “The heart often rewrites painful love stories into tragic beautiful myths.” The tension deepened across the network. Recognition moved gently everywhere. Because they understood now. How suffering became romantic in hindsight. How emotional chaos became mistaken for rare connection. How unavailable people became emotionally elevated after absence removed daily frustration. I watched the first and second carefully again. Their connection remained meaningful.

Tears streamed down their faces as they clung to each other, whispering names, memories, and half-finished sentences filled with raw emotion. Amelia and Blake stood awkwardly by the side, watching the emotional reunion unfold. Blake cleared his throat. “Well... this is dramatic.” Amelia shot him a glare. “Have some respect.” Blake smirked. “I am respecting it. I’m just saying, if this were a movie, it’d be the part where the background music swells.” Amelia rolled her eyes, but a small smile tugged at her lips. The two older women finally pulled back, wiping their tears. Evelyn cupped Ruby’s face, her eyes shining with disbelief. “I can’t believe it’s really you.”
