A man hit by a car in New York in 1977 got up uninjured, but lay back down in front of the car when a bystander told him to pretend he was hurt so he could collect the insurance money. The car then rolled forward and crushed him I don't own any of this stories. I found them in some creepy books. I'm thinking of writing my own scary stories, but not anytime soon. You can send me your short stories for a feature if you feel like it. Thanks for reading. Enjoy!

She felt terrible, but what they were doing was wrong. She had always followed her parents' wishes. When they told her to take a business course, she did so even though it was not what she wanted. She wanted to study contemporary music because she has loved music since she was a child. But they had not heard anything from her. She never complained, even when they separated her from her friends and sent her to study abroad. But this one is too much! She can't do what they want anymore. Marrying their business partner's son is too much for her.

It was then he got caught by my Mom to be cheating on her. It was a big blow for my Mom because several times he had promised to end the relationship but only for her to find out after a few months that the mistress was transferred to another house only. I was tired seeing their relationship fall apart. And that is why, here I am in a convent trying to have some peace of mind and saving myself from possible heartaches in the future. I don't believe in fairytales anymore. For lovers, it's only once upon a time they were happy, then they end. So here is my story.

Hope asked as he stared at my teary eyes. “I am not; Mama just got something stuck in her eyes.” I lied, dampening my tears with the pocket square I held. “Mama, you don't look like you're telling the truth. Is something wrong?” He asked with his little voice laced with concern. “Hope, I think I'm stressed. Why don't you go and play in your room? I'll get your dinner ready, OK?” I said, forcing a smirk as I walked towards the end of the hallway. It

And maybe in the end I'll succeed. The ideas have never stopped flowing, and amidst the difficulties, I've gathered them together to tell even more stories. I have a notebook full of ideas, story segments just waiting for the right piece to fit into. I've conceived many new universes. I have a love story planned that I hope will make your heart skip a beat, between two young people wounded by the world. A horror story that I hope will take your breath away, with its demons. A fantasy that I hope will transport you to a world of mysterious creatures and strange rites.

I cut him off. "Then it's fine. Is there anything you wanna do? Do you have any homework?" "I do, but I didn't bring any of my stuff." In the end, we just decided to watch some movies. After our talk last night, I kinda felt awkward. We're closer now, right? I mean, he told me some stuff about himself, so wouldn't it be fair if I told him something about myself too? Still, I don't think it's really the right time. I need to find the perfect timing to tell him about my illness. It would be better if I were honest about only talking to him because he has colors.

Yeah, I followed him. After an hour of staring at each other, the walls and ceiling, he spoke up. "Tomorrow is my parents death anniversary." I shifted uncomfortably. Hearing stories like this are really boring to me. You're probably thinking that I'm a psycho but that's how I roll. A tear slipped down his face.

she blinked. Liam leaned down, kissing her tenderly on the forehead. "I'll tell you a story, and you'll fall asleep soon." Liam swiped the screen while his beautiful eyebrows knitted. "What kind of story would you like?" Gemma slowly closed her eyes. "I'll listen to whatever story you tell." "How about 'The Tortoise and the Hare' or 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'?" "These are too childish," Gemma said with dissatisfaction, quietly opening her eyes.

Chrystal paid attention to the boy, who was fascinated by the starry sky; this was the first time he spoke on his own about his past life. "Her favorite story was about the two forbidden lovers who managed to escape from their families and live together for eternity. I didn't like her telling it because sometimes tears would gather in her eyes as she did it, and I hated to see her sad... but it was her favorite story and Annette's too. I guess...I supposed it was because that's how the story had been between my parents with some modifications so it wouldn't be so cruel to us as kids." Oliver remembered the times his mother told him stories and remembered her gestures and mannerisms. Whenever
