CHAPTER 21 After school, Noah, Irina and I drive to his house together. We mostly don't say anything we just listen to Travis Scott and drive quietly. "I'm going upstair" Irina says to me. "Text before you leave." She adds smiling at me. Okay she's more excited than I am that Noah and I are together. "Yeah I will." I say as Noah holds my hand and takes me to the kitchen. "Are you hungry?" He asks as he opens the fridge.

The Alpha's Unexpected Mate

The Alpha's Unexpected Mate

Seth Adebayo is old news someone my rogue claws already crossed off the survival list. Shaking off the weird emotions, I slap a playful smile onto my face. "Got it, Alpha. One creamy spaghetti dish coming right up from the grease." Without another glance at his face, I spin on my heel and saunter toward the kitchen doors like my boots own the entire building. Still completely stunned, Hailee scrambles to follow close behind my tracks. Inside the back room, the kitchen looks like a total zone of controlled chaos heavy pans clanging against iron, hot steam hissing from the pots. I pause right at the threshold, my mind feeling slightly overwhelmed by the heat.

Our Last Family Dinner

Our Last Family Dinner

I gripped the edge of the sink and pulled myself up to face the mirror. The face staring back was chalk white, eyes threaded with red, expression so hollow it was unrecognizable. There was nothing left of who I used to be. Tonight, it would all be over. I pushed the door open and went back out. The table was set with steaming dishes. Dad smiled and waved me over to the seat beside him. The rims of his eyes were still faintly red. I looked at him, nodded, and walked over numbly to sit down. At the table, Dad kept piling food onto my plate until it was heaped full. He watched me, his voice bright with expectation. "Tommy, eat up. I've been learning some new recipes online. I'll make them for y

Terminal Illness Revelry: Her Last Dinner

Terminal Illness Revelry: Her Last Dinner

When my wife, Rosalie Wood, had her first meal after she regained consciousness, the attending doctor, Ethan Joeman, took my seat. He cut the steak while he pointed at her rosy face and looked at me with open defiance. “Do you know how medical miracles happen? It is not because of your constant presence. It is because of my in‑depth treatment.” My fingers that held the knife and fork turned pale. Ethan grew even more brazen. His feet rubbed against my wife's calves under the table. “A person in a vegetative state can still feel things. Every night after you left, I did awakening therapy for her. She said her body could not move, yet the sense of being conquered made her feel as though her

Married a Billionare as a Side Hustle

Married a Billionare as a Side Hustle

“Very well my lady. Is there anything I can assist you with?” I contemplate Celine's offer a bit before shaking my head, and sending her off with a soft smile. “It's alright, you go see the rest of the workers,” I tell her and she nods, sparing me one last uneasy glance before leaving the kitchen. Once she's gone, I clap my hands and tighten the apron around my waist, taking a cursory glance around the kitchen. The kitchen in the Shield mansion was a sight to behold. It was spacious, with gleaming marble countertops that stretched along the walls, catching the light and reflecting it in a dazzling display. The appliances were all state-of-the-art stainless steel, each one a testament to luxu

TOO GOOD TO LEAVE TOO BAD TO STAY

TOO GOOD TO LEAVE TOO BAD TO STAY

A small, circular dining table and a single chair completed the setup. There was a store attached to the building from the external setup, but he converted it to his study and modified the house, adding a door that leads there directly. As Marcus settled in for the evening, the TV, mounted on the wall opposite the sofa, flickered to life. The programme currently airing was an episode of “The Great Emission,” a popular cooking competition show. One of the contestants, a young chef named Love, was frantically trying to plate her signature dish, a delectable-looking seafood paella, as the clock ticked down.

where there are too many chapters it is 1) Stockholm syndrome or 2) the writers drag the story deliberately to bring back the once wrong relationships, heart broken lovers, selfish and abusive husbands again. Somewhere they discourage the girls from seeking happiness and drift them back to the trap

Would have been a good story and shorter if author didn’t screw up the plots. One minute they are dead then they are not. One minute they are married then just engaged such a big stuff up but then I guess it’s one way to rip you off.

From Prisoner To Princess

From Prisoner To Princess

Sceptical, I slowly turn the handle and push open one of the two doors. “Surprise!” Jumping back, I see Kian, Alec, Max, Lia, Mia, Alice, Adam and Ellisia standing just inside the door, their smiling faces holding in their laughter. Sky places his hand against the small of my back, encouraging me to continue into the room explaining that Arian went to visit family for the night but will be back by dinner tomorrow. To the right is a high-end kitchen with state of the art appliances the black marble countertop on dark oak wood cupboards excite me the most. It is a dream kitchen if I ever saw one.

Triple Temptations: Mated To The Hot Triad Kings

Triple Temptations: Mated To The Hot Triad Kings

"You're in for a real treat. Trust me, by the end of this, you'll be a fan of Nigerian cuisine for life. For now, let's just focus on jollof and fried rice." "I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the show. Watching you cook will be half the fun." Phoenix chuckles, shaking his head. "Alright, alright. Let's head to the kitchen. I promise, you won't be disappointed." Phoenix led Astrid into the kitchen. The kitchen was adorned with sleek granite countertops, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, and a large island that served as both a workspace and a casual dining area. Pendant lights hung from the ceiling, casting a soft, inviting glow over the room.

Entangled With My Rival CEO

Entangled With My Rival CEO

Clarissa stood in her spacious, luxurious kitchen, adorned with high-end appliances and polished marble countertops. Dressed in a designer apron, she expertly cracked the eggs for her gourmet omelet, adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs from the herb garden outside her window. The fragrant aroma of the dish wafted through the pristine room, filling it with a delectable scent. Just as she was about to add the cooked asparagus and fried bacon mixed with some gruyere cheese over half of the omelet, a groan from behind her interrupted her culinary indulgence.

she murmured, already anticipating the conversation with her husband later that evening. The Next Morning The smell of freshly cooked dishes wafted through Eva’s spacious kitchen as she moved about with practiced ease. The soft clink of utensils and the rhythmic sound of chopping filled the otherwise quiet room. Eva knew how particular Kai was when it came to food, and today she had gone out of her way to prepare all of his favorites.

Since you’ve continued writing this book, can you fill the gaps in the novel like who kidnapped Eva? Also, please finish Mark and Christine’s story once and for all; both of them are extremely unpleasant.

It’s a shame this book seems to be abandoned.. no update in months . I hope people don’t invest in this book it’s not complete. I wish I could get a refund for all that I invested. It’s a shame because I truly liked this book
