She looked over at Freya and blinked. “Why would you care?” she asked. “Why would you even think that exists? Unless…” Freya nodded. Her face was grim and serious. “I got my second UR trait right when Lucifer died,” she replied. “Alert came through my DI, but I didn’t even notice until cycles later.”

Gerald called out, “Bout a half hour or so.” Helena and Camille were quick to leave, eager to roam the rest of the Carnival. Now that I sat alone with Gerald, the anxiety had returned at full force. I had thought I knew all there was to know about myself, but Iridian was a game full of surprises. I fumbled for words, desperate to break the silence that had enveloped us. “So, how does this work?” I asked. Gerald pulled the little table of ink up to the recliner, and perched himself on a stool. I watched as he dipped the fine needle into the tiny container of ink and marveled at the little bead of ink that fell off.

Erika suddenly asked impatiently, batting her lashes and making Eric's heart flutter slightly. Eric smiled and shook his head. "No, I'm not thinking of anything." He said and she eyed him, "Then why do you keep staring?!" She raised her voice slightly and he reached out a hand to pinch her cheek. "You look so cute like a bunny." He said, also making sure not to smear her makeup. Erika glared at him for that, here she was saying he wasn't alright and there he was seeing her as a cute bunny. Shameless. "Hello? I'm a Lycan, not a bunny and please, you don't have to tell me how cute I am, everyone knows that." She decided to play along, flipping her hair to the back and grinning at him.

Eric said. “Really? We do? Well where is it? Let's go get it.” I tell him. “Well, it's right here.” Iannis said. “Really? What is it?” I asked him. “You, it's you Lena.” Eric tells me. “What? What are you talking about?” I asked him, I was completely confused. “You are a True Luna, it only occurs like once in a thousand years, you're our best bet.” Eric explains to me. “But I'm not the True Luna yet, Bertha says we have to do the mating ceremony first.” I tell him.

But then, Shekynah showed up asking if she could join them, Sein of course was happy to meet someone aside from his sister, but then of all the sudden Eris went quiet and was just staring at them busy introducing themselves, It turns out Shekynah was a 3rd degree cousin of Eris and that they actually know each other and would occasionally play around whenever they meet. But just this time, Eris had displayed something…unusual. Eris didn’t play tag games with Sein and Shekynah and just went to a nearby chair as her eyes never leaving on the girl
