Iero bit his lower lip. “Leave it to me.” Skye spoke. Hierro and Iero looked at him, then they saw him patted a boulder. Before Hierro and Iero could react, they saw the boulder leave the ground and floated, before it slowly rose to the sky. Hierro and Iero’s mouths fell open in shock as they stared at the boulder floating above their heads, and casting a shadow on the ground.

An obsidian stone is inside my seal, and the guards fall over themselves to let us inside once they know who I am. The wall is ridiculously tall, made of thick, reinforced steel. I crane my neck back, move my hair back to see it all. The portly guard pulls a lever, and a portion of it lowers. Clunky and groaning, the ice flys out, the gate forcing its way open. The gate lowers completely, warm water slowly trickles out, and the inside of Estate Eclipse is steaming. I grab onto Dante and he helps me past the blocks of ice until we cross the other side of the gate.

[Luna] Today is the day of leveling, and we all gather in the auditorium. Suddenly, the ground shakes. An earthquake. "What happened?" Everyone panicked. I closed my eyes to feel the surroundings, but I didn’t feel any dark presence from Drazonian. Although, I feel strange like something happened outside. I ran out of the auditorium as fast as I can and looked up at the sky. It stunned me to see that something burst from the sky and I was not sure if my suspicion was correct. My eyes widened when I saw the portals in different parts of the sky. It soon vanished, and it made my heart race. There is only one way to know if my suspicion is correct.

“Let’s fulfill our orders.” I tried probing their minds, but I could not for some reason. “Let us go,” Eric said, “It’s the only way we can make it out of here in one piece.” “I’d listen to your friend, sweetheart,” Daryl said. “Fine, I’ll go.” One of the enforcers said that earlier. The doors of the academy opened automatically. Immediately, six drones floated out of the crowd. Two of them cast a yellow tractor beam to lift Eric, while the other four did the same with Adrian and Natalie.

She could still them for a bit if she needed to, but it was clear to her what Slate had in mind. As they ran toward the window, both of the men shifted into nearly identical dragons, Flint’s slightly smaller than Slate’s. The ice-shelf erupted, sending frozen shrapnel flying as the drones opened fire. She said, slowly taking a few steps backward, her gaze never moved from the clouds in the sky. "Why do you say that?" Errol said frowning. At that point though, a small black dot appeared in the clouds. Sara shouted and turned to run in the direction of the passage. "RANK 4!" The eyes of the other three students widened and Yaoyao immediately followed her, shifting to her primal form. Errol panicked a bit before going after Sara while Nigel shot a short glance at the sky. In his field of view, the clouds were pure white but there was an enlarging figure nearing his position.

Come morning light was much too late, we needed to head out now if we wanted to catch up with Hindrick and his army.
