Sarah's POV When I submitted my application to leave the pack to the administration center, the elder in charge of the registration thought that he had misread it. "Sarah Holloway! You're leaving the Snowlight Pack?" "Yes. I felt my mate calling out to me through the mind-link a few days ago," I said, repeating the excuse I'd prepared beforehand. "He told me that he's in the Neutral Zone, and I'm planning to take Nora there to reunite with him."

Amelia’s POV I never thought I’d run away from my own Pack, but here I was—alone on a train, heading somewhere I hoped they’d never find me. The train jolted forward, and the world outside started to blur. Trees, roads, and buildings flashed past the windows, but I didn’t care. All I wanted was to get as far away from that place as possible—and never go back. I sat alone in a corner compartment, curled into the faded red velvet of the seat, trying not to think about everything that had happened.

“You forgot that I am a Calista. Jelena and I… intend to move our family to a safer territory and spend the rest of our lives there.” Jelena shot me a smug look and smiled like she had won, but I ignored her. "We need to get you out of here, David. We have a plan to escape, but we need your cooperation." David nodded, his expression determined. "I'm ready. What do we need to do?" Maya turned to ADA, who was still monitoring the situation. "ADA, how can we exit the digital world without Erebus detecting us?" ADA's digital presence seemed to process the question. "We'll need to create a diversion, something to distract Erebus's security measures while we make our escape. I can create a virtual 'noise' in the system, but we'll need to move quickly."

“It’s an input field.” The room didn’t argue. Somewhere far back in my mind, the echo of the Administrator’s voice hissed through: ESCAPE PROTOCOL – FINAL WORLD. A cage painted as happily‑ever‑after. That’s what this was. No bus. There is no obvious objective. Just an invitation to sit quietly, to write only what the system deemed safe, to live out a fantasy where everything I’d ever wanted was within reach as long as I didn’t pull on any loose threads.
