I squeezed her hand gently, trying to comfort her. "What happened in the dream?" I asked softly, my eyes locked on hers. Eve took a deep breath, her eyes dropping to the bed. "I was in the garden with Ezra," she whispered. "We were holding hands. And then... and then someone came and killed me." I felt a chill run down my spine as Eve's words hung in the air. I could see the fear and trauma etched on her face, and I knew that I had to do something to comfort her.

Kael immediately shielded Eva with his large paws. Eva, meanwhile, stood like a shield in front of Elly and Joe. The purple flames rising from her hands and the glowing purple halos in her eyes showed that battle mode was fully activated.
