Alexander asked, playing dumb. "Jasmine, of course! After I took her back home, we fought and because of some matters, she left in a fit of anger. Now I don't know where to find her and even Azrael isn't here to help me." Daniel said in a panicking voice, his words warming Victoria's heart. "What did you say to her?" Alexander asked, playing dumb once again and Victoria sighed in relief when he didn't jump on the conclusions right away. "I told her the truth that I am her brother, and who her parents were and who she exactly is. I told her that she is the princess of Witch world and the daughter of Nelson and Martha." Daniel said with a pained expression.

Smart kid. Daniel looked out the front door of his house warily, wondering how she had made it all the way to his home without being questioned. He ran a security company for Christ's sake, and an old woman and a young wolf came all this way unchallenged. He sent the mental image to Lucas, his Beta, with an underlying aura of intense displeasure. Daniel felt Lucas's embarrassed surprise and haste. "May I help you?" Daniel asked gruffly. He sniffed the air, trying to sense if she was a witch. That could definitely explain how.

Claire's POV Daniel took a deep breath in, his chest rising and falling with a mix of emotions. My revelation had clearly struck a chord within him, and for a moment, the room seemed to hold its breath in anticipation of his response. When he finally spoke, his voice was laced with a weariness that only added to the layers of complexity between us. "A witch," he mused, his eyes narrowing slightly as he processed the information. "Haven't you heard that to trust a witch is to invite your very demise?"

Christopher snapped at Joel, trying to tear into him, but Joel kept the alpha’s fangs at arm’s length. As they struggled, Joel noticed Christopher lacked the same stench of madness the other wolves had. If it wasn’t for the fact, Joel had become so familiar with the smell of witch magic, he wouldn’t even have known Christopher was under a spell. He kicked the alpha off of him and jumped to his feet. He looked at the statue-like Gail, then back to the alpha who was charging him again.

From the corner of her eye, she saw him stretch languidly before sitting up and looking straight at her. "Look at me, Merlin", his voice wasn't loud but it was still commanding and she found herself turning her head to look at him. "Do you know who I am?", he asked, staring into her eyes. She shook her head, trying not to avert her eyes as she felt like she was drowning in those gray depths. "I'm Zeke, Alpha of the Graystorm pack", he spoke with a quiet authority. "How do you know my name?", she asked. "I need a witch, a powerful one and my search led me to you", he answered.

Mum and Daniel's Father asked in unison. "Nashita. We traced that magic back to her." Cedric announced. "Oh," Daniel's Father hissed, "You gotta be kidding me." "Who is she?" Father asked in confusion, also sounding worried. "The strongest witch alive." Daniel said more to himself, his eyes locked on the beast before us under the strong glass protection. "This is not good." Was the last thing I heard him say before the glass shattered and everyone fell to the ground. Miranda Pov The deafening sound of a strange vibration pinned our bodies to the ground after the impact of the shattered glasses of not just the windows but the protecting glass that restricted the beast.

Susanna was shocked to find him conscious. "Please, don't go. Stay here with me." Daniel said in his weak tone which melted Susanna's heart like a candle. But she wanted to go and inquire about those assassins with a significant tattoo of a scorpion on each one's arm. She wanted to make sure that it was Charles behind the attack. She needed to meet the Witch Queen to help her to find out who was helping Charles. "Daniel…." "Please….I don't want to be alone tonight. I swear, I won't do anything to you. You can rest assured." Daniel requested her in his weak voice. And there was something in his voice that she couldn't refuse his request. And she agreed.

Daniel runs a hand through his mud-brown hair, which needs cutting, before smiling. “Shit, you look different, Irin,” he says in a thick voice. Daniel is a year older than I am, and when he was tested for his power last year, he found himself to be a very powerful wolf. It's next in line to be beta if someone dies, which would be very important for an orphaned child. Either way, he's free of this place, and who knows, he might even be my partner. A small part of me hopes so, because Daniel is my best friend and it would be so easy to spend my life with him. I'm not sure it would be romantic since I've never seen it that way. He's cute in a rustic way, so I guess we could figure it out.

“Do what I said.” I looked at Damien and wished I could speak to him. Closing my eyes I focused on him. I pictured his face, the way he laughed, the way he would roll his eyes at me when I said something silly. I felt his mind and I wished I had my crystals to help build my connection. “DAMIEN please hear me.” When I opened my eyes back I saw him frown at me. “How the hell are you in my head.” “I’m a fucking witch I don’t know. Is Lucien sane? He isn’t planning anything stupid, is he?

Alpha Luther from the Sundown pack asked me in a serious tone.
