The malice and rage on the face of the leader were gone, now replaced only with extreme fear.

The impact never came. For a second, I was weightless. Suspended in someone’s grip. Rain’s pov He marched towards me, crouched down, coming face to face before me as he pulled down his hood, and my stomach tightened with dread. The rumours about him were always about his cruelty and the agony he'd caused but none ever warned or prepared me for how beautiful the devil looked like. His face looked like it had been sculpted after the word perfection. The detailed outline of his jawline, and that provocative stare he wore like a garment was alluring. My heart skipped a beat as I stared at him. How can a devil be this beautiful?

I looked up at him and I immediately forgot about how embarrassed I was. He's so damn handsome and that must be what devils look like. I thought to myself. Devils, in real life, don't have horns. Otherwise, it will be too easy to identify them in the crowd. Instead, they've got a pretty face, a hot body, and countless amounts of money to buy the whole universe. They walk the walk and talk the talk. Then, before you know it, bang, you become their puppet with their hand in your ass. Urg. Not a very pleasant thought. Definitely not pleasant.
