Beryl huffed before biting into her sandwich. Daryl turned her head away to signal the argument was over, “It tastes kinda nice, Daff. Focus on the flavours!” Daffodil’s smile was forced, “It sure tastes good, Daryl!” Daryl’s eyes lit up when she looked over, “Doesn’t it, Daff?! Doesn’t the pasta taste so much better with the crunch of the apple?” The pink-haired fairy placed the rest of the piece down at a corner of her plate, “Mmhmm.”

With this thought, I went towards the person sitting on the second last booth on left side of the window. " Hey, so what would you like to have this evening?" I smiled at him. He turned around. The first thing I noticed was his green eyes. They looked so captivating. " Well, what would you recommend, beautiful?" Oh no! He just ruined the fact I thought he was good. He's one of those who knows they look amazing and never fail to try to use it . But , whatever. " Ummm, I would recommend creamy cloud eclairs and almond bear claws.

she said slowly as if teaching it to a new born. "What? Do you mind saying it a little clearer?" Her face was an inch away from turning scarlet. She drew a deep breath, loud enough that only she could hear. "Ec—lair," she couldn't have articulated it in a more extreme and slow fashion. " Oh ! You mean éclair, " he corrected her matter-of-factly. "That's what I said," she retorted, not holding back. "Not exactly," he countered, "But, no, I'm not interested in your poor selection of pastries."

"Would you care to get some food, little Halfling?" Bailey stepped out of Jayce's arms and took Beckett's hand, letting him lead her through the throng to a long buffet set against the wall. The smell of seared vegetables and roasted meat settled her nerves. "I'd always thought the Fae were vegetarians. It's what we are taught. The whole 'nature spirit' thing."

I stayed silent for a long time before I finally spoke. My voice was hoarse and unfamiliar. “The house my mother left me is still in Sienna’s hands.” “Can you help me to get it back?” Sebastian shot me a glare full of barely contained frustration. “My aunt’s property? Don’t worry. I’ll get every last bit back for you. No need for you to fret.” He pushed a glass of whiskey toward me. “I’m just afraid once your wounds heal, you’ll forget the pain.”

Right in front of her, Edith saw several small fairies no taller than a five-year-old child flying past with cauldrons in their hands. Seeing Edith's astonishment at the little green fairies, Eva explained, "They were carrying cauldrons filled with the elixir of honesty. Every time, before attending court, the witnesses or the accused would be told to drink the potion first. The spell contained therein is unbreakable.

As he reached for his phone, Frederick unexpectedly spoke up, fluently and flawlessly in Faelorian. "Excuse me, please bring each of us a matcha macaron, an almond cake, a lightning puff, and caramel pudding. For our main courses, we'll take the red wine foie gras and Marseille fish soup, and if there's Parisian lobster available, that would be splendid. Thank you." His demeanor exuded elegance and confidence.

I won’t do it again, don’t be angry, alright? The angry Fairy: Hmph, as long as you know your mistakes. A few days later, because the Fairy was so beautiful in the Dragon’s eyes, he couldn’t help himself but to steal another kiss from the Fairy again.

I couldn't help but smile as I turned to see Cathy waddling towards us, her baby bump proudly on display and her arms laden with colorful boxes of sweets. Taylor trailed behind her, looking both exasperated and amused, his arms equally full of Cathy's impulse purchases.

Elara's sleek, waist-length black hair cascaded down, framing her face, while she wore a white off-shoulder fitted blouse paired with denim flare pants that accentuated her curves and slender legs. "I just want to give this to you. Fiona asked me to pass it on. It's a souvenir from the Lumire Empire," Elara replied, her tone affectionate as she smiled at her boyfriend and took a step closer. Elijah couldn't quite explain it, but there was something different about Elara now as if she was effortlessly drawing him in even though all she was doing was smiling. "Give it a try.
