WHEN THE SNOW STOPPED FALLING

WHEN THE SNOW STOPPED FALLING

I needed clarity, to know the exact point he started fooling me. In seconds, different weather reports popped up. From snow warnings, to storm advisories, and even flight cancellations. I scrolled carefully, to get all the details I needed. And then my stomach dropped at what I saw. Nothing was severe enough to the point of losing two weeks. Or a whole month in the dark.

Mate of an Alpha Prime

Mate of an Alpha Prime

It was a smart natural way to do so, and even a demon could not march an army over that kind of devastation and snow volume easily. “Wow, I didn’t think the roar would be so loud even here.” One said, and it had grown. There was even a bit of breeze now through the mountains as the mass volumes of snow went down. It didn’t take long for the snow to reach down the mountain out of view. It was over rather quickly, but still a sight to see. Sybil glanced up at the mountains and setting sun. She’d love to see the beauty summer brought to this place. Hopefully sometime soon, hopefully they could end this war. Have a reprieve from the evils that plagued this land for a time.

I would give this story more than 5 stars if it would allow us. This story takes you on an awesome adventure that is written so well you can picture everything clearly in your mind like you are there. Excellent job. Patiently waiting for Ziekily's story. Hopefully they get Verlex and the maidens.

The Vault of Sin

The Vault of Sin

Jade's POV The mountains didn't care about the Public Ledger. To the jagged, snow-capped peaks of the Bitterroot Range, the collapse of the Cavallo empire was as significant as a single dry leaf falling into a stream. There was no fiber-optic pulse here, no cellular hum, and no watchful entity lurking in the shadows of the pines. There was only the wind, the scent of cedar, and a stillness so vast it felt like a physical weight pressing against my chest.

Night of the Rogues: Trapped with the Enemy

Night of the Rogues: Trapped with the Enemy

The way her long black hair spreads its tendrils across my chest when she falls asleep in the crook of my arm. Those scattered images of bliss, instead of food, are what fuels me right now. Finally, the peaks of the mountains emerge in the distance; it seems like there is hope. Except for the foreign scents that catch our attention. We both pull up, noses in the air. There is activity, someone has started a fire. Who would be camped here? The Freeze isn’t over fully yet. This is no time for casual exploring. I allow Reu to lead, his white fur blending better with the snow. Downwind, haunches low, we deftly placed our paws into the snow with quiet precision.

I love Alle books because they are such a unique spin on the shifter world. The settings and characters she creates are like no other! This goes for her non-shifter books as well, I start and cannot put it down! Bravo to a brilliant author!
Ice
Emotional, action-packed, spicy, frustrating, funny! I love that Alle’s stories are not overly exaggerated perfectly happy outcome for every character, but always very logical and satisfying ending. On to the next Alle book!

I Was Framed For A Murder I Didn't Commit

I Was Framed For A Murder I Didn't Commit

My timeline is the one that broke him. Behind them, through the frozen observation window of the retreating sled, the surface ridges of the mountain began to fade into the blinding whiteout of a forty-below blizzard. But high above the water station, the dark, toxic clouds of the fractured sky were already swirling into a massive, localized funnel cloud, and a secondary fleet of heavy, armored headlights was currently descending from the northern peaks—the main vanguard force of the Iron Fang warlord, tracking the fresh blood trail they had left on the ice.

FIRE & ICE

FIRE & ICE

DANELLE'S POV I usually never got cold easily ,even when I was still a kid..I had a high tolerance of coldness and winter was my favourite season of the year actually..The temperatures here in summer were insane and I wasn't really a big fan of sweaty body and all that summer stuff..Shit actually made my skin scrawl..But right now ,standing fucking shirtless outside that cabin like I was freaking Arnold Schwarzenegger or something ,the storm still heavy like it was never intending to stop any time soon ;I needed that fucking heat..Anushka was taking fucking eternity to change into such simple shirt and joggers but I knew better than to just get back inside there ;the woman almost made me rip

Snow And The Seven Wolves

Snow And The Seven Wolves

He might go back once he gets the guy he's holding to the castle. ————————— Xavier and Lyca are back... The second one is more calm because she has let go of all the bad feelings. All she has left is anger toward the person who caused all of her problems. "If I wait until the three months are up, I'm afraid I won't have anything to go back to. That's why I've decided... I'll go back to where I should be!" Snow was sure of what he said. "No! You can't get out of the woods!" Xavier retorted.

Bonded to the Bastard: My Rejection, His Obsession

Bonded to the Bastard: My Rejection, His Obsession

I felt the vibrations of the mountain, the weight of the ice, and the silent scream of the gravity. "Alanza, what are you doing?" Luciano asked, his hand tightening on my arm. "I'm evening the odds," I said. I gave a sharp, violent pull with my mind. The roar started as a low rumble, deep in the gut of the mountain. Then it became a deafening, earth-shaking thunder. The massive shelf of snow above the treeline gave way, a white wall of death cascading down the slope. It swallowed the twin pines. It buried the frozen falls. It erased the heat signatures of the scouts in a matter of seconds.

Honor in the House of Wolves

Honor in the House of Wolves

Was he in some way a fae? “You okay?” Dreyma tapped the top of my head with her staff. “Ashai?” I shook my head, trying to refocus to give my opponent my full attention. Snow was thick right now. It had been the worst snowstorm in ten years and we were still expected to train. Apparently, across the barrier, the fae have erratic seasons fueled by magic. Our seasons were usually hardly noticeable when they changed, maybe just a slight dip in the temperatures during winter and a slight rise during summer but we never expected the snowstorm that blanketed us in three feet of the cold, icy powder.

The Secretly Rich Man

The Secretly Rich Man

Wesson replied. “Chairman Xanthos, why don’t you tell us about your plans, then?!” The head of the Seven Monsters from Snow Mountain was an old man, and he smiled as he squinted his eyes slightly. “They are a group of people, and I do not know how they discovered the miracle. Moreover, they have even entered the depth of the miracle. It is actually really simple. I know that the Seven Monsters from Snow Mountain are in possession of a kind of poison known as the Snow Mountain Silkworm Venom which can be transformed into a poisonous fog. It would simply be impossible to stop this kind of poison. Therefore, I am thinking of releasing this poisonous fog in the depths of the miracle. After that,

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.
