She would no longer be a Princeton. Her face now dry of tears, she spread her arms as she stared up at the petals of cherry blossoms raining down on her, landing on her face and body. She chuckled and whispered, “Spring is nearly over.”

It was just some steps of stairs until they reached a plain land. The place was as pretty as to be called the angel realm. The view was breathtaking. The land was full of cherry blossoms. And, since it was spring, all the trees were blooming with pink-colored flowers. The place looked very ethereal. At the end of the trees, there was a huge waterfall. Such a beautiful place existed in the human realm, but there wasn't even a single human in that place to enjoy the natural beauty.

I'd been too excited, too overwhelmed to really notice our surroundings. As we stepped onto the terrace, I finally saw it. The mansion sat in the middle of a cherry blossom grove. Trees surrounded us on all sides, hundreds of them, maybe thousands. Every shade of pink imaginable. Pale blush. Deep rose. Some nearly white, others bordering on magenta. The branches heavy with blooms that drifted down in constant, gentle motion. Petals fell around us like snow. Softly and silently landing on my hair, my shoulders, the ground at our feet.
