Leading My Family to Glory

Leading My Family to Glory

Gus and his men had come up to her, dragging her to the edge of the roof like a dead dog. She kept yelling and struggling, but it was futile. The wind was blowing harder, disheveling Iris’s hair. Her face was filled with fear and despair. Heave-ho! A large force swung Iris off the rooftop. From the height of nine floors, in just three seconds, she fell all the way down at lightning speed. Bam! Her eyes were wide open as she lay motionless on the cement floor. Fresh blood stained a huge area of the floor. Just a few hours prior, she had still been imagining how pitiful Winifred would look if she committed suicide.

Love all the characters especially ML and FL. True love bonding. Tyr never sets his eyes on other women tho surrounded by them n possesses s/natural powers. Unlike some amazingSIL stories abandoned the wife for hundreds of chaps, he always keeps in touch wt his wife. Lots to learn from this story.

THE ART OF FALLING

THE ART OF FALLING

The ground rushed up to meet her, unforgiving. Her head struck hard. Darkness poured in like ink. Somewhere far away, a car screeched to a halt. A door slammed. Footsteps. Voices panicked, unfamiliar. “Oh my God, call 911!” “She’s not moving!” “Don’t touch her, don't touch her!” Nora didn’t hear them. Didn’t feel the rain that had started to fall lightly, speckling the pavement with cold dots. Didn’t know blood was pooling beneath her, dark against the road.

FALLING FOR FOREVER

FALLING FOR FOREVER

Chapter 17: Chaos Morning sunlight streamed through the tall windows of Ethan’s penthouse, its warmth doing little to thaw the tension lingering from the night before. Olivia stirred on the sleek leather sofa, groaning as reality sank in. The events of the past twelve hours replayed in her mind like a chaotic film reel, Sienna’s dramatic intrusion, the scandalous headlines, and Ethan’s searing kiss that still tingled on her lips.

Falling for the Contract

Falling for the Contract

"I suppose I can endeavor to... accommodate your sensibilities in that area." A heady pause, then - "I eagerly await your efforts, Mrs. Blackwood." The connection was terminated with a definite click, as if he intended to leave her unraveling and befuddled by simple animal attraction alone. Isabelle couldn't stop the frantic quiver that slipped her lips in response to that tempting rumbling of silken danger. Her thighs squeezed in renewed desire, her core aching in wordless, ardent agony at the sheer liquid intensity of his libidinous promise.

AFTER THE FALL

AFTER THE FALL

Inside was a faded photo of Natalie, age five, grinning with a missing tooth. She held it out. Natalie didn’t take it. But she looked at it. Really looked. Then she walked back into the shelter, not saying another word. Meekey stood alone in the alley, hands shaking, the cold air slicing through her. She didn’t know what would happen next. But for the first time in fourteen years, it didn’t feel like the end. It felt like a beginning.

Falling at Her Feet

Falling at Her Feet

"Ms. Parker, please don't get the wrong idea! We really just… ran into each other. Please, just let Mr. Quinn take me to the hospital first. My stomach really hurts. Please, I'm begging you." Cold sweat dripped down her forehead, and her voice grew weaker with each cry. By the time she finished, she was barely holding herself up. The commotion had already drawn a crowd. Zachary hated being caught in an embarrassing situation. The more eyes on us, the darker his expression became. "Sienna, she really is in pain," he said. I waved a hand dismissively, confused. "And what does that have to do with me? You brought her here, and you were the one who knocked her down.

Falling for the Enemy

Falling for the Enemy

Ethan was already up, taking cover, returning fire. Matteo ducked behind a crate, barking orders. Adrenaline roared in my veins. I had spent my whole life running from this world. But tonight, I wasn’t running. Tonight, I was going to end it. Even if it meant burning with it. — (Sienna’s POV) I was halfway out of the city when my phone rang. I ignored it. Then it rang again. And again. Something in my gut twisted. I pulled over and answered. “Cassie?”

Falling Again

Falling Again

Not now. Vanessa was close to her door when she received a text message on her phone. Her heart skipped a beat; Jake was the first thought that crossed her mind. She couldn’t tell if she was afraid or excited, but her heart would not stop thudding in her chest. She looked at her phone. The text message wasn’t from Jake. It was Tyler, and he texted: “Great news, babe. I finally found some free time and I’m going to spend it the best way I know how. After 6 long months, I’m coming to see you!”
