Does this mean they allied with some human beings from the Mortal Realm? Or perhaps they obtain the weapons from unnatural beings who are now dwelling in that realm. But what intrigued me the most is the silver bullet. We don't really usually use guns in Aldemore. Our warriors usually used swords, torches, explosives, arrows, and blades as weapons.

Hell, he was stupid to kill someone who could find him magic.” Branson’s face was a blank, “I don’t care. A wizard is a wizard.” He fired his pistol. Oren felt the bullet strike him. He fell to the cold, snow-covered ground. The next bullet came from the rifle. He felt it sting. Oren clutched the standing bear Spell Node in his pocket. He let some of the magic flow from it to him. He hoped it would be enough.

I cleaned the weapon on the corpse’s shirt and took my time to look at it. I traced my hand over the golden snake engraved into the dark handle and smiled. "Thanks, dad."
