Alpha King's Caged Mate

Alpha King's Caged Mate

She glanced down, silently noting that the book in my hands was upside down. I blushed, having not noticed myself, and put the book on the table. I had borrowed it from Leila in an attempt to distract myself from thoughts of escaping. But truth be told, I wasn’t much interested in books, especially not this thick tome on the royal history of Hescor. The only books that had ever captured my interest were the forbidden romance stories I used to find under her nanny’s pillow, filled with dirty language and obscenity. My nanny thought she had hidden them well, but Evelyn had easily discovered them, devouring them in secret whenever I could.

WHEN SHE MET HIM.

WHEN SHE MET HIM.

Audrey didn’t quite understand him, “what do you mean?” Nathan’s lips curved into a mocking smile as he sat up, “I was thinking there was a book for the likes of you but it seems you don’t have it” She heaved a sigh, he was Making mockery of her again. “I have Outlander by Diana Gabaldon, 1991. i’m a sucker for forbidden romances and this was sexier than can be, i read it somewhere else than found it here and saw that she did in fact make sequels and i can’t wait to read them. by far one of the best writers, especially if your looking for explicit stories.

A Girl Can Only Dream

A Girl Can Only Dream

His lips brushed the back of my head like it was nothing— just a polite, old world greeting. Before I could say a word, he turned to Colin. "I need to borrow you for a moment." Colin nodded, "ofcourse." Cassian's eyes flicked to mine for the briefest second and then he turned and walked away with the prince in tow. I stood there frozen, champagne bubbles rising in my blood instead of the glass. Was I the only one feeling this thing? The magnetism? This weird electricity? Maybe I was still Jet lag. Or maybe it was the silk of the dress clinging on me. Or maybe it was just that I hadn't kissed anyone in far too long and my standards had plummeted to include emotionally unavailable royals.

Princess of Death

Princess of Death

Rhae slowly walked towards the bookshelf off to the side of the room and began skimming the titles. "Tales of Fae," Aynyra grinned, crossing her legs in the bed like a toddler. Rhae pulled the book off the shelf, examining the repeatedly broken spine and the clear wear and tear on the cloth-covered binding. "A children's book?" Rhae questioned peering at the title. Aynyra chuckled, "It's not a children's book, it's based on history. It's fact." Rhae walked over to the bed laughing, "It's myth Aynyra, don't tell me you believe in the Fae."

Her Moon, His Song

Her Moon, His Song

This is going to be nice, I just know it. I spend hours cooking, snacking, reading, and it feels like a dream. My fae romance novel takes me to a land that doesn’t resemble my life and I’m so happy to lose myself in it. I’m reading along happily when I come across a word that strikes me dead. Mates. Great. Just what I was trying to forget about. I put it down and pull out the other book I brought, a historical fiction novel. No mates here, no way. Dinnertime creeps around and I spend a while making a nice risotto with a side salad and garlic bread. It’s so good it borders on s*x.

Forbidden Romance Tales

Forbidden Romance Tales

She could still feel the ghost of his possession. She hated that she couldn’t stop thinking about him, hated the way his voice echoed in her mind long after he’d left the room, hated that even knowing it was wrong, some part of her still wanted to feel that closeness again. She wanted more, she wanted his mouth on every inch of her, she wanted to feel him inside her, filling the emptiness Daniel had created, she wanted this forbidden, illicit thing with a ferocity that terrified her. After tasting the fire, how could she ever return to the ice of her marriage? She wanted to do all the wicked, delicious things her mind was now conjuring. She could have spent hours just kissing him, learning t

The SoulBorn Queen

The SoulBorn Queen

Taking a deep breath, the young woman regained her composure and remarked, “I too lived without awareness until I encountered the Word of the Blessed. I was raised in a village strikingly similar to this one—bleak and dismal. Yet, less than a month ago, a friend of my cousin ventured to the border as our tribute to the Witches’ coven—and she has not returned. Now she enjoys wealth and luxury as the bride of a High Wiz, and you could too, if you would just take a moment to—” “She’s probably been sacrificed,” Celina interjected. “That’s why she hasn’t come back. ” Or perhaps worse, I speculated, if a High Wiz had truly whisked a human away to Duskarra. I had yet to meet the pitiless, human-lik

The Dragon Warlord's Bride

The Dragon Warlord's Bride

Where they surrendered the part of themselves even war could not scorch: softness. She had never believed them. Those stories were remnants of older times, when dragons ruled openly and magic threaded through the bones of the world. Silly things. Fairy tales. But standing here—surrounded by gold and heat and the scent of Rhazien—she knew this was real. This wasn’t legend. It was declaration. And he had made it for her.

The Pure-Hearted Princess and the Kiss of Darkness

The Pure-Hearted Princess and the Kiss of Darkness

He must have come during his short break, not even bothering to change out of his royal attire. Beneath the cloak, his gold-inlaid armor gleamed faintly under the soft light, every engraved pattern glowing with a muted, refined sheen. I could hear the faint, rhythmic clink of metal with each movement he made, low, steady like the heartbeat of a man whose heart had long turned to steel. A silver ring shaped like a crescent moon encircled his finger, catching the light and sending a shiver through me. It was the royal seal of the Lycan King, the mark of one who commanded thousands and the symbol of eternal solitude.
