STORMBOUND: Claimed by the rival alphas.

STORMBOUND: Claimed by the rival alphas.

“Founded three centuries ago as a sanctuary for those with elemental gifts.” I stepped closer to the portal, unable to look away. A girl about my age soared past the opening, actual wings of crystallized air carrying her across the sky. In the distance, I could see gardens where plants grew in impossible spirals, and a lake that reflected not the sky above but something that looked like liquid starlight. “This is like something out of a fantasy novel,” I breathed. “The best fantasies are based on truth.” Elena moved to stand beside me. “The question is: are you brave enough to step through?”

Wild fantasies

Wild fantasies

The invitation arrived in a plain black envelope, no return address, slipped under her apartment door like a secret. Inside: a single heavy card, embossed in silver. Velvet Rope Society Saturday, 11 p.m. One night. One rule: everything is consensual. Bring only your desire. Lila had heard whispers about the club—exclusive, hidden somewhere beneath the city, a place where the wealthy and the wicked gathered to buy and sell pleasure. She’d always told herself it was myth. Fantasy fodder for late-night scrolling.

Yearning (A short collection of yearning tales)

Yearning (A short collection of yearning tales)

he whispered, his breath hot against my lips, making me shiver, “I don’t do patience very well. And I don’t take no for an answer when it comes to things I want.” I couldn’t breathe. My body was on fire. My mind was screaming. And yet… my lips trembled, wanting, aching to finally meet his. Then he pulled back just slightly, giving me one last teasing smirk, and said, “Tomorrow. Same time. Don’t be late, Jade. Or I might start showing up… unannounced.” My heart stopped. My body ached. My mind spun. And just like that, he was gone. I was left trembling at my desk, glasses crooked, heart pounding like a drum. My body, my mind, my soul… all craving him. And I knew…oh, I knew that I would see him

THE LEGEND OF ALVAH

THE LEGEND OF ALVAH

“Well, I know. You see, when he created the world, he also created three basic entities before humanity. As you’ve seen a while ago, the angels, the demons and us Jinni’s. But unlike the angels and the demons, we were made from thin air. By then, he didn’t have an actual image to replicate. So, he created us into something that could transform to anything. But we were the closest creatures just before humans, intended to never choose sides and to be on neutral grounds as always.” “So, you don’t grant wishes then?” “Oh we do. Only we don’t do it for those who captured our lamps. Like what everyone knows.” “So how does one qualify for those wishes?” She suddenly turned around and faced her. “F

121 Days With My Mate

121 Days With My Mate

As the stories got scarier, I noticed a few of the younger pack members huddling closer to their parents, seeking comfort and reassurance. Soon, it was my turn to share a story. Feeling the weight of the moment, I cleared my throat and began my tale. "In a small village, there was a haunted mansion. It was said that the spirit of a vengeful witch roamed the halls, seeking revenge on anyone who dared to enter her domain..." I let my imagination run wild, conjuring spine-chilling scenes and mysterious characters. The pack leaned in closer, their eyes wide with fascination, hanging onto every word I spoke. The suspenseful atmosphere made my heart race with excitement.

Well, my parents forbade me to go outside the city, but I often sneak out and play with Joque inside the forest; that's how I met that 100,000-year-old elf. However, I've never been to the kingdom of Dolocab, where mortals live and different creatures like us, vampires, fairies, elves, beasts, and many others secretly mingle with them. There are a lot of towns, cities, villages, and other kingdoms here in Fantasia where different creatures live with their own kind alone. The thing is, no one has ever made a map of the whole fantasia, and my goal is to make one. I want to discover those places and creatures that are not in the books and that no one in my city has ever heard of. That's another

The Tyrant Emperor and his Eccentric Mage

The Tyrant Emperor and his Eccentric Mage

She tilted her head while questioning. "Oh, we have books and plenty of stories about mythical creatures, I think most, if not all of it exist here." Alexis nodded as she spoke, she was fairly confident her brain conjured up all these creatures to distract her from her impending death. As depressing as it was, Alexis hadn't felt the slight bit affected by the thought because she was thoroughly distracted. "Like history books?" The woman asked looking slightly suspicious of Alexis. Though Alexis noticed she thought nothing of it. "No, no fictional books. Like romances and stuff." She knew the word fantasy probably didn't exist here. "Enough of that anyway. Your my mana tutor, right?" Her voic

The Forbidden Promise

The Forbidden Promise

She smiled. “What’s your promise?” Eileen asked. She gulped and smiled at her. “We both have forbidden promises. Do you know anything about them?” Tony asked. Eileen shook her head, she can’t tell them what she knows about Luke. “There were two types of forbidden promises: the killing promise and the strengthening promise. Forbidden promises are different from ordinary promises. Forbidden promises are a rare type of magic, you can only have a forbidden promise if it’s running to your blood. One of the forbidden promises, which is the strengthening promise, is running in our blood.” She explained.

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

I’d like to stay in those fantasies forever, but to do so would be to abandon Ella in her time of need. I also struggle when I come across a sensual vision of Ella and I roleplaying as little red riding hood and the big bad wolf, especially when I realize the dream is hers. Still I forge on, though I certainly make note of the idea for the future. There are odd things too, like the giant frog telling fortunes for a call-in psychic hotline, or the pirate ship full of ballet-dancing vegetables. Others simply make me smile, like Ella’s craving-driven fantasy of a real-life candy land, or my own childhood wish of riding a dragon as it flies through the air on great leathery wings.

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.
