Marked by Fate

“But why? She’s so young.” Ailm lowers her head slightly. “War is coming. I can feel it in my bones. I had no choice.” Caden reaches for her again—but freezes. On his palm, a strange mark glows: a circle with a cross inside. Ailm nuzzles it. “It’s like a current,” he says, shocked. “It’s an Ailm mark,” she explains. “We are fated. Not just mates—fated. A rare, divine connection.” Drake stiffens. “Will Baylee wear the same mark?”

Desired by fate

Desired by fate

I heard a loud howl which made me jump. Justin snickered. “Scared? The moon isn’t even completely out yet.” Rachel cracked her knuckles. “I can’t wait to shift once the moon comes up.” I gulped. I planned on finding the treasures and getting away completely from them before that could happen. In this game, Justin was playing the role of an Alpha since we didn’t have an Alpha in our group, Rachel was the Beta, and Logan was the Gamma. Me? Well, I was still kind of…me. Lowest in rank.

Plus they both turned up and seem willing to talk, what more could I ask for? Collin is the one to answer. “I don’t know what you already know, but let me start from the basics. Myself, Adeline and this Kiara girl are representatives of the three fates. I guess the first thing you need to know is that the representatives are a reflection of the fate who chose them. Our role is to use our magic to make sure that people’s fates actually come to pass. In general that doesn’t actually require any action on our part. I’ve only been asked to intervene three times in my entire life, which has been quite long. I’m a Banshee so I age slowly. I’m currently one hundred and thirty-two years old. Really,

I read all the comments before I start reading a book. With the number positive reviews, I was honestly waiting to be disappointed. I'm very happy to say that it is one of my favorite reads now. I was hooked from the first chapter. Loved it, well done dear Author <3

Seriously one of the best books on this app! The author has a way with stringing different characters' stories together (pun intended, I guess) and made me laugh, gush, and keep me on the edge of my seat.

fate betrayal

Chapter 20: The Threads of Fate ARIA POV I ran my fingertips over the spot on my arm, feeling a little heat. I felt the weight of the secrets that each swirl of the complex pattern spoke, but I was unable to comprehend them. I was still plagued by the enigmatic warnings from the Moon Goddess and the vivid memories of the ambush. And now that Veyron's name was involved, I felt as if the strands of fate were drawing me closer to something that I couldn't avoid.

FATE

FATE

A festive day out in the thick bushes playing a hide and seek game with her brother's friends, Tamara is captured and kidnapped by the Arisee vigilante soldiers who traveled beyond their border in search of slaves believed to be Adar survivors who had dwelled far away from their oppressors. At the reign of king Ziba of Arisee (the notorious one) slaves were made of their brother clan, they haunted them like animals and subjected their entirety to the mines, farmyards, or the king's palace as workers. A free borne never had anything to do with a slave. It was a sacrilegious act to be seen with one, a taboo that the offense meant death or stigmatization from the rest of the clan. What will hap

The Book of Deceive

The Book of Deceive

Other Sumir poems relate Gimir's defeat of the ogre Huwawa and the Bull of Heaven and a fifth, poorly preserved one apparently describes his death and funeral. In later Bavin times, these stories began to be woven into a connected narrative. The standard Akkadian Epic of Gimir was composed by a scribe named Sîn-lēqi-unninni, probably during the Middle Bavin Period (c. 1600 – c. 1155 SA), based on much older source material. In the epic, Gimir is a demigod of superhuman strength who befriends the wild-man Enkin. Together, they go on adventures, defeating Humbaba (the East Semitic name for Huwawa) and the Bull of Heaven, who, in the epic, is sent to attack them by Ishtar (the East Semitic equi

HUNJI: A Broken Wolf & the last witch of Andora - Book 4

HUNJI: A Broken Wolf & the last witch of Andora - Book 4

The fact that he was fighting for me made him all the more desirable. I heard his brother’s words. He had killed his mate in cold blood. I didn’t want to believe it but looking at the cold and dangerous man as he fought without hesitance or remorse - I believed it. I still couldn’t keep my mouth shut though. Hunji was my wolfman and no one got to make him feel less than he is, and I really didn’t like this brother of his anyway and hoped Hunji would chop his head off - Just while I wasn’t looking. I was barely keeping my stomach contents down as it was. Not soon enough the fighting stopped, and the brother started to retreat, shouting out his last words as he ran. “You are not of this realm!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Alpha of the Moon and Sun

Alpha of the Moon and Sun

I thought for sure I could handle anything that fate threw my way. God how wrong I was. I was not the least bit prepared to fight off the mate bond, to will it away and focus on my rage and my sorrow, my need for revenge and a bloody type of closure. I just was not that strong. And it terrified me. I wanted to harden my heart against the bond, to not be affected, but the longer I was around Silas, the less it all seemed to matter.

If I'm fated to die, I will. What's the use of wasting lakhs of money? I sat beside my mother as she was listening Hadith(Islamic history). he asked me back. I shook my head as I continued to look into his eyes. “The local people here call it “Unmei no akai ito”. According to legend, the gods tie an invisible red thread to the pinky finger of two people who are bound to find each other in life. They will love each other no matter what and only death can do them part.” He looked at my hand and held my pinky finger. His eyes then back to mine. “I didn't believe in fate and love at first sight, but now I believe because I've been in love with you from the first time I saw you,” he said in a soft voice.
