I’ve seen you fight wolves twice your size with a broken leg and blood seeping into your eyes from a gash on your head. And you tore those wolves apart. You can do this, girl. Please. Just focus on my voice and breathe.” Daya is amazing at the moment. I can hear the pain in her voice. I can tell she is hurting from watching her friend in this much pain. Tobias’ wolf keeps inching up the bed, getting closer to her face.
Sage begins to slow down her breathing and her heart rate also slows down a little.
