I said as I got up from the bed. "Okay, as you wish. Pizza tonight ?" Jade asked "Don't forget the bottle of wine! Okay, Im going to take a bath. You can join me, I might need you to scrub my back" I added playfully, heading towards the shower. "With pleasure" Jade said, rushing towards me. My name is Felicia Springs. This year i'm turning 23 and my favorite color is red. Nothing too extraordinary, just like my life. I'm a beautiful, curvy brunette who's a little clumsy and hides her shyness behind her glasses.

It's been weeks since Caine had heard about Ellen's rejection by the moon goddess. That night when Felicia saw him with another lady she left with his beta and since then they both haven't been seeing themselves. Today, just like any other day, Felicia was preparing lunch in Lucas' apartment and smiled to herself when she heard the doorbell, she knew that he had come. Her smile became more broader when his scent saturated her nostrils and immediately she felt strong arms wrapped around her waist.

She bought a hat, put on her glasses, and kept an eye on Stella. Stella was reading in the bookstore. She was reading a book on the psychology of micro-expressions. She thought it was good. She paid and took the book, then went into the cafe. She ordered a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, and read it quietly. Felicia saw that Stella did not answer her phone, which meant that Frederick did not call her. As a matter of fact, she already said that she would go to the United States with him. If Frederick were to go with Stella, she would definitely inform Stella not to go.

Startled, she released the book but unintentionally triggered the click of a button hidden beneath it. As she approached the computer to avoid drawing attention to the opening bookshelves, Felicia noticed an email waiting for her. She knew she shouldn't open it, but her curiosity was piqued as more emails arrived, all from Avimayor. Frowning, she opened the first email, and her eyes widened as she read the message. She opened the rest of the emails one by one, each one intensifying her confusion and concern. "This can't be... It's impossible... Kalixo..."

"She was so young and so good. What did she ever do to you? "I took care of her from the moment she was born. I fed her, changed her, and soothed her to sleep. I did all of those things every day. I watched her grow up, and now you... you killed her. How could you do that? How could you be cruel?" He kept questioning me, and his eyes were red from crying. Finally, he fell to his knees. I looked at him with an indifferent expression, then said, "She didn't do anything wrong. She was good, obedient, and sweet. Just recently, on Mother's Day, she made me a drawing and hugged me, wishing me a happy Mother's Day."

I took a deep breath and started reading again: Entry 3: I felt better after a few days. And then I started to hear Felicia in my head. She likes to tease me. She says I'm no more important than a specimen in one of Dr. Tavious’s Petri dishes. But I think she is secretly jealous of me. Tavious seemed pleased that I was mastering communication so quickly.

’ He drew out a chair for her and she sat and thanked him with that high sounding giggle. Cole signalled over to the waitress standing at the end of the room and Shira hurried over to take their order. “How are you doing today, Miss…” He barely stopped himself from calling her, ”Popping red lips”. “Oh, call me Felicia.” She giggled again and Cole wondered what was so funny. “I had a great day,” She continued, “I took my dog Poodles out on a walk and he nearly broke his short legs while chasing squirrels. Poor thing. He’s usually not out a lot though so I guess he got so excited.” She said all this in one breath.

Did she run out of her Zoloft? But nest of sin? Since when had Felicia gotten religion? Her moral codes came from the same shelf of the bookstore as the life-is-meant-to-be-confined-by manual. And how, for Christ’s sake, did such an expression apply to a father-daughter cultural trip? Sometimes I truly thought the woman was crazy. “I’ll fix this,” I said under my breath and strode past her to the living room phone. I thought for a moment before punching in the number. Felicia answered without a hello. “She’s not going, Barry.”

Make it feel like a safe haven instead of what it really is, a way to keep her close. Because if Felicia breaks, I go down with her. And I’ve worked too hard, sacrificed too much, to let that happen. Three days later, she calls back. “Okay,” she says without hesitation. “I’ll move in. But just temporarily. Until I figure things out.” “Of course. Temporary.” I smile even though she can’t see it. “When can you be here?” “Is this weekend too soon?” “This weekend is perfect.” Moving day is subdued. Felicia doesn’t have much—a few boxes of clothes, some books, kitchen supplies she never uses. And Kyle, in his carrier, yowling his displeasure at being transported.
