"The hospital administration and the local health authorities will likely want a reasonable explanation from you." That final sentence seemed to snap the last thread holding Florence together. She shrieked loudly, "You're lying! You're slandering others!" Her finger shook as she pointed at me, her face ghostly pale. "You're insane! How dare you try to scare people with a fake ID!" But her fear had already betrayed her. The murmurs in the room shifted and were unstoppable now. "So, she really is a forensic pathologist. No wonder she's so unflinching."

“What is that?” Her voice was barely a whisper. “My files. From the hospital. Surgical reports. Case notes. All locked records.” She lifted one with trembling fingers. “This one’s from a patient who died last month. And look—” she pointed at a margin where someone had scribbled a name in red ink— “your club. Hellborn.” Jax froze, staring at the page like it might bite. “This is a setup,” he muttered. “They’re trying to tie you to me. Make it look like you’ve been feeding me information.”

I said and starts to dab at his wound he winced a little. He soon groan. I looked and my breath hitched. Our faces milimetres apart from each other. We were having a staring in contest. I coughed and we broke out from our staring contest. "Sorry about that" I said and continued to clean his wound. "So why you wanted to become a doctor after all things?" He asked his voice deep and raspy. "Its a long story to tell Mr knight, just I wanted to like the amazing person who tried to save my father when he was dying" I said with a small smile.

The doctor’s soft voice pulled Sia out of her reverie. Sia sniffled before looking at the doctor. Her heart skipped a beat when she took in the doctor’s solemn expression. “Yes, doctor…” She asked in a shaking voice. The doctor drew in a deep breath before saying, “Madam, I have healed all his physical wounds but I don’t know how his mental state will be. You have to take it lightly at first. Please don’t ask him anything about his traumatic incident…” A groan distracted them from their conversation. The doctor rushed to take his vitals. He used his CID to scan Ron’s body.

I scolded. Seeing more of nice Dante was refreshing. He really did have a heart. We were only one hour into the series when Dante spoke, “Does this drama really happen at your work place?” “Medical doctors and nurses have a life of their own outside their profession you know” I replied him without taking my eyes off the screen. “Have you had a thing with any of your colleagues at work?” He asked yet again. “Why are you being a detective all of a sudden?” I asked facing him. He had ditched watching the screen a long time to staring at me.

I gather facts more than a reporter, search more than a detective. I take out my phone and open the browser. The internet is full of information. I am sure I can find one about this mysterious Mr. Fiction; I tell myself as I type on the g****e search bar. I feel the hesitation linger with doubt starts clouding my mind. What if I am not ready to find out about him? What if it is not something I am prepared for?
