The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The pirate broke down as he cried out in protest, “Even if we were to really paddle all the way back, it would take us at least a few days! How are we going to go back alive if we have no food or water?!” The junior captain asked with a surprised look on his face, “Aren’t you all pirates? Can pirates at sea still be afraid of having no food and water? There are so many merchant ships traveling back and forth on the Gulf of Aden. There is no lack of merchant ships for you to start robbing!” The pirates were filled with despair when they heard this.

The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

“I asked him to fly over the bay and spy upon the ships. He says there are five ships anchored, one he thinks is a pirate.” “Pirate,” I repeated, fascinated. “We shall see,” Rivyn was thoughtful. “A pirate would be perfect.” “A pirate perfect?” I turned in the saddle to look at him. He laughed at the expression on my face. “Yes, dear wife. They are more likely to take risks, will not have a set route they travel, and will be hungrier for coin. They’re not more or less trustworthy than a normal ship hire - any crew is just as likely to try to tip you into the ocean if they think you have something of value to them.”

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

Owned By My Mafia Brother-in-law

Owned By My Mafia Brother-in-law

I took a deep breath to suppress my anger, explaining the reason behind my denial, " Little Tigress, the sea is under haxon Pirates Gang. No one steps into their territory without their permission. No matter who enters, they just blow their ships out, trust me." Sancia didn't believe me as she spat firmly, " But I have investigated it already. The sea is under nobody's territory. Have you seen them? No, right? Why are you so sure of them then?" Leo joined her with a growl, snapping his eyes between me and Sancia,

Doing me to the fullest

Doing me to the fullest

The ship was a jagged silhouette of radar-absorbent carbon fiber, looking more like a shark made of obsidian than a vessel of mercy. "The crossing will take four days if we hit the currents right," Aris shouted over the roar of the turbines. She was hunched over a holomap of the Atlantic, where glowing red zones marked "Dead Tides"—areas where the water was so saturated with corrupted code that the ship’s hull would literally begin to dissolve. "But we aren't alone out there, Jade. The pirates in the Mid-Atlantic aren't looking for gold anymore. They're looking for 'Update' cores. To them, Caspian isn't a man; he’s the world’s most expensive battery." The Ghost in the Cabin

Ex-husband’s Regret

Ex-husband’s Regret

It was already midnight, if they still couldn't find her, once morning came, anything could happen during that time. Alan tentatively said, "Why don't we pretend to agree and rescue Charlotte first?" Zachary disagreed, "It's easy to get onto this pirate ship but hard to get off. Senno is, after all, the local mafia, if a conflict breaks out, it will be difficult to escape." Alan had a fever and couldn't think of a better solution. But at that moment, Frank spoke up, "Is that sea area across from us owned by the Jebwi family?"

Empress of the World

Empress of the World

The elf held up her hand and stopped her new servant from approaching. Xander banged on the table angrily at the question. "I chased them alright. Those, those fugitives!" The pirate had been searching for a stronger word, so he added a myriad of curses onto the end before continuing. "They stole my ship and crashed it in the Great River. Then three more of my ships were wrecked into the first." Cafer tapped his chin with his finger. "How did they manage such a thing? Did you not use your pearl?"

What a beautiful book! A must read for all that love to dive into a wonderful fantasy novel. Enough twists and turns to keep you interested... The surprising lack of fillers just keeps the story going and focused... Quality writing is getting even rarer these days. This book's a gem...

Once His Wallflower, Now His Biggest Mistake

"Ye be mistaken! 'Tis but the chill of the ice box playin' tricks on yer mind!" I froze. "What?" "The sea... she be a cruel mistress!" he continued, leaning into a full-blown, nonsensical pirate accent. "The frost, it gets into a man's brain-pan! I be Jean-Pierre, the... the Swashbucklin' Soufflé Maker!" I stared at him through the gloom, my mouth agape. "A pirate? You're going with a pirate accent now?" "Aye! Lyon be famous for its... eh... pirate chefs!" He began to back away into the wine racks, tripping over a crate of Bordeaux.

A Night With My Ex's Father

A Night With My Ex's Father

She answered with a shrug of her shoulders. I leaned my back on the front of my desk and tried to come up with some titles. "There's Yellowbeard, The Island, but that one's a little more horror, Treasure Island, and Pirates." "It's called Pirates?" She contemplated, and I rubbed my chin, trying to remember what it was about. "What year did it come out?" I couldn't for the life of me remember the date, the director, or what it was about. The title was clear in my head, and I think maybe it was a horror-comedy or parody.

My Invincible Husband Has Returned

They were Cirroc, Kendrick, and the young woman who was helping Cirroc to bandage his injury. Once Liam saw that, he immediately understood what was going on and became certain about his suspicions earlier. Cirroc and Kendrick had something to do with the appearance of the pirates. Right at that moment, one of the pirates arrived in front of Liam with the sack. In a funky accent, he barked, "What are you still waiting for? Hand over your valuables right now!" The other pirate who just came over bellowed as well, "Hurry up, you bastard! Stop wasting time!"

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Gabriel asks, crossing the deck in long strides. Remus holds out the scroll, which is bound with a frayed red ribbon and sealed with dark wax imprinted with a symbol Amelia can't quite make out from where she stands. "Found it hidden in that chest we took from the pirate captain's quarters. False bottom. Didn't see it at first." Gabriel takes the scroll, breaking the seal with a practiced flick of his thumb. The wax crumbles, falling to the deck like drops of dried blood. As he unrolls the parchment, the crew draws closer, forming a rough circle around their captain.
