Charlotte's POV I immediately shot up, my vision spinning as I scanned the room, spotting the two young men engaged in a heated fight. Everything unfolded in slow motion, giving me the opportunity to slip on my panties hanging at my legs. I hurriedly pulled down my shirt with trembling hands, my head spinning with nausea. The previously locked door was now open, so I dashed out of it, fearing for my safety among the fighting men. Just as I was about to run through the door, a painful growl startled me, and I turned to find an unknown man, his face obscured, holding a knife buried into Zayden's head.

"It’s just my arm." "Just your arm?" I almost screamed. "You got shot, you idiot!" "Yeah, and you were about to get shot in the face," he shot back, glaring at me. "You are welcome, by the way." I was about to argue, to curse him out properly, but before I could, more gunfire came from outside. Owen’s men stormed in, weapons raised, their movements swift and brutal as they took down the remaining intruders left. Within minutes, it was over.

The man I hit scrambles up, his face contorted as he reaches for a rusted blade at his hip. I grab him by the throat, my skin making contact with his, and I do the only thing I have left. I take. Life drains out of him, his eyes rolling back, black veins growing from his neck , blood from the eyes, nose and ears..he goes limp in seconds. The others don’t last much longer under the assault of two women who have nothing left to lose. When it’s over, the forest is silent again, a silence broken only by the girl’s heavy, sobbing breathing.

When they were quite close to each other, 321 jumped and attacked 808's neck which caused it to fall. The scene I just saw literally made my eyes widened. Same with those who were with me. Who would expect that? My heart almost stopped beating. I . . . I can’t move. Sweats began to run down my chin as I saw blood. Is this what they call ‘the trial’? But there were too many of them, and they were too well-armed. In the chaos, Nathan lost sight of Miranda and Emily. He fought his way through the throngs of attackers, desperate to find them. Finally, he spotted them, cornered against a wall, their backs to each other as they fought off their assailants. Nathan charged towards them, his heart pounding in his chest. Down he went. Vance watched, arms crossed, letting his crew test us. I took a punch to the ribs from a third guy, grunted, drove my knee into his gut, then forehead to nose. Cartilage crunched. He staggered back clutching his face. Declan had two on him now. He blocked a bat with his forearm, hissed but didn’t slow, swept the legs of one and stomped the wrist of the other until the knife clattered away. Shotgun guy raised the barrel. I lunged, tackled him around the waist, drove him into the asphalt. The gun went off into the sky, deafening. I wrenched it free and tossed it into the ditch.

I point to the hole and then outside the window. "We are covered in all anger by those bastards of warriors!" I shrieked. "But we have to face them because that's what makes us mighty and fierce!" "Now! Go….." I screamed as I watched my warriors rush out. Some get killed immediately after they set their feet outside and others mix in with the crowd outside. Sounds of knives smashing against each other were heard and groans and painful cry was also heard. I stand inside on my spot with Allen and Ryan by my side observing what was happening.

It almost looks like choreography, only if heads weren’t rolling off their necks. We are outside when an explosive hits out of nowhere. It sends me crashing to the floor. Brian rolls across the asphalt and hits the tire of one of the cars parked, whose bonnet has been peeled off and one of the rims is missing. Smoke and bits of fire make breathing a hard job. The street is already cleared of people, leaving only us and the attackers. But who exactly are they attacking? And why? Trevor quickly throws himself in front of me. The man opposite us doesn’t seem to mind comatose Brian before he storms toward us. Trevor blocks his kick, staggering back a bit and colliding with me.

When he winks at me, then he turns and faces Solomon. “Did you think I would betray Savage and my brothers? You’re dead wrong.” He fires and hits Solomon in between his eyes, and I take that as my cue to open fire at each man in the room. Foxy screams and fires at me, hitting me in the shoulder. I scream as I hit the dusty barn floor. I groan as I reach up and put pressure on my wound. Gun fire sounds from outside, so it would seem the rest of Solomon’s men have arrived. “RYDER, MOMMA!” I shout, but it’s too painful.
