He smiles at me, patting my head like Maggie did earlier, before they both walk out of my small studio, leaving me completely stupefied. I glance at the bag Maggie gave me, tempted to see what’s inside but scared to open it at the same time. Feeling brave, I take out the few dishes that were neatly packed inside and open them one by one, greedily inhaling the delicious aroma.
