Maybe this was another book that might help her. She discreetly nodded and Gabby smiled. "I'm sorry this library couldn't help much but I hope you really enjoy this one. Page 138 has a very funny paragraph, check it out." Eleanor nodded. "Sure, thanks."

It was a book they had read countless times, but each time, it held a new magic, a new wonder for Theo. “Once upon a time,” Hazel began, her voice soft and soothing, “there was a little bear named Barnaby who loved to go on adventures.” Theo’s eyes widened, his attention captivated by the story. He listened intently, his tiny fingers tracing the illustrations, his imagination soaring with each word Hazel spoke. The story of Barnaby the bear, his adventures in the forest, his encounters with talking squirrels and mischievous rabbits, filled the room with a sense of magic and wonder. Theo giggled at Barnaby’s antics, his heart filled with joy.

As soon as they noticed me, both of them sat up, their eyes on me. I finally broke the silence. "What are you coloring, Fiona?" She walked over and handed me the book. It was a Barbie coloring book, and she had done it beautifully; her colors blended perfectly. "It’s brilliant," I said, genuinely impressed. She smiled and stuck her tongue out at Finn. "I can color too!" he said, racing toward his bedroom. He returned moments later with a Marvel and DC coloring book held proudly in his hands. He showed me the pages. "This is also brilliant," I said.
