It was of course a vampire themed carnival. The image or mascot of this carnival was a bear. This bear was an angry/grumpy looking bear giving off an evil grin of two-toned various colors. The difference with this bear was that it had fangs and claws to match the theme of the carnival. The two girls had waited a long time for the carnival hoping it would come to town. The carnival would visit various places once, then go on to the next. It was a one-night carnival. They could not pass it up.

Making sure July’s attention was still on her unbearable presentation, I glanced down at my phone. Freddie sent me a meme that he’d cleverly created by swapping July's head with that of an evil looking Maleficent. I swallowed a snigger. Glancing at him, I shook my head and grinned. “Do you mind?” July's frigid tone broke me out of my thoughts.

When her face fully came into view, I felt my heartbeat speed up. Blue and purple markings covered her face and the red slit in her lip told me it had been busted. My skin lit up with the burning urge to kill the individual capable to do this to such an innocent person such as Eladia. ~Rex’s POV~ I sat down at the desk, holding to pictures. Each were samples for the new label for the frozen yoghurt. The first one had all the things I wanted but its colour seemed dull and unattractive. It would only discourage the buyers. The second had most of the qualities I liked. Asides the cartoon character on it. But it was something that could be worked on. “I think we should go with this one. It’s not as bad as the other.” I said firmly, returning the second picture first.

Suddenly, I hear a low growl, and I spin around to see Freddy standing across the balcony from me. Long gone was his earlier belligerence and haughtiness. He patted himself down to look presentable and went to shake her hand. “You’ve changed so much. It’s been years and you’ve come back looking gorgeous. I thought I would be bumping into a celebrity tonight.” Faye’s smile grew wider at Fred’s compliment, but she hesitated when he extended his hand. She disliked the perverted way he leered at her. Just as she was caught in that dilemma, Zayn stepped up and shook Fred’s hand on her behalf.

He had a bald head and a thick mustache that almost covered his lips. "Yes, Mr. Matthew." Felix waved back weakly, giving him permission to speak. "I beg to disagree.
