Freya’s eyes flew open; they were lit gold. She lifted her hand. Fire exploded outward. The creature shrieked in a tongue older than wolves and smoke, then vanished, torn to ash. Or it just disappeared into thin air. Silence followed. Freya collapsed again, barely breathing. Her hands trembled. Her blood sang. Somewhere in her bones, Skyrana whispered: “You are the flame, child. But the fire will take as much as it gives.” Her vision blurred as she collapsed once again, with no one to protect her.

The Fire Unicorn froze in disbelief, stunned by Adrian’s threat to eat it. "Don’t worry," Adrian continued with a smirk, "I’ll be gentle. Since you’re so skilled with fire, I’ll burn you with flames." As he spoke, a small flicker of fire appeared in his hand. The Fire Unicorn stared at the flame, its gaze suddenly fixated on it. Adrian raised an eyebrow, noticing the creature’s unusual reaction. It wasn’t fear. There was something else. The Fire Unicorn seemed captivated by the flame as if it desired it intensely.

Green flame eradicates the enemies on the right side. “You came,” Therens uttered as they leaned on each other’s back fighting the enemies around them.
