Xavion was burning in savage fury, and as his eyes met Charlies, he barked with the authority of a man who was not to be crossed, “I told you to open the door just now! Why didn’t you open it?!” Charlie said in exasperation, “I don’t even know you. How would I know who you are? I don’t believe in anyone but the police in such an emergency!” Xavion said menacingly, “I am Xavion Fox from the Fox family! Have you ever heard of my name?”

"Charlie, get away from that beast. He is spouting nothing but lies and is a threat to our people." Xander yelled, wiping the back of his hand over his bleeding lip. He looked like shit with a split lip, a bust eyebrow, and what I could only hope was a shattered cheekbone based on the dark purple coloring to it. "Shut the fuck up!" Charlie growled, stepping forward, and I instinctively grabbed her hand before she got too far away. She glanced down before interlacing our fingers and stopped. He wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't have her getting hurt on my watch.

I heard a familiar squeaky voice above me. Raising my head, I saw Sydney, who looked at me equally wide-eyed. “What's happening here?” I heard a voice behind me and I groaned in frustration. “Hi Xender.” I laughed, void of humor, as I faced him. “Char, when did you wake?” he squinted his eyes at me as he walked forward to where I stood, so he could place his hand on my head, and I rolled my eye. “Few minutes ago… I guess.” I said, slapping his hands away from me.

I say. I look up to see another figure behind Alpha Mayhem. She is a tall, beautiful woman. Her skin is dark, just like her hair. Her eyes are almost black. She is beautiful. "Can I be included?" she asks. She places her hand on Alpha Mayhem. The two of them belong together. It is obvious. "Fallon, this is my mate, Charis," Alpha Mayhem says. Charis walks toward me, and that is when I notice her fangs. "Vampire?" I ask.

She explained, reminding her of their previous conversation. Emma tasted the name, “ Joy. Perfect.” She said sincerely, bringing a tinge of redness on her assistant’s face. So much that she got worried if it was normal for one to blush so profusely and within short periods. “ Thank you.” Chara battled within herself, wondering if she should ask a question, one that bothered her about the job she’d been given. “ Spit it out.” Emma said, having noticed the chewing and feet tapping. Unknown to Chara, from the little hours they spent together, Emma took keen observation of her and could tell her signs for different emotions or feelings.

The idea that a virtual stranger could do that to her, could make her nearly frantic with need, did not please her. Maybe there’s something in the air, she thought suspiciously, taking a discrete sniff. Maybe it’s not me at all, but something to do with that thing he calls me. What was it, a charmer? Glancing at him out of the corner of her eye, she asked, “What is this charmer business about, anyway?” He looked at her; obviously surprised she would choose to speak to him. He took a moment to answer. “A charmer makes men want her. It’s the special pheromone she produces that makes the Haunt male wild.”

Then I walk out the door and I run to the car, starting it, and backing out. When I get to school, Charlotte and Cray are standing at the entrance eating each other’s faces off. “Ewww. You guys are gross.” I say, gagging. “Oh come on, you’ve kissed Xavier a million times.” Charlotte says, looking over at me with a red mouth and nose. “Yeah, but I don’t try to devour his face.” I say, smiling at them. “Foster. What’s up?” Cray says, pushing my arm. “Cornerback. How was the game last night?”

Well, this was only the beginning, real show started from this exact moment. From, inside came the blue spirit that was once or to be specific, a moment ago, Char's — guessed right, it was Aion. "Here, the real fun starts!" Whiro remarked. Very true!! The spectators were as silent as dead, well, you can say that, so was Drake. Char's head was lightly spinning, she managed to stand still and roared out loud, " You.....you're a monster, this is utterly ridiculous!" Drake on the other hand was feeling scared, the oblivious countenance on his face proved that, he spoke up in a tone that matched his current facial expression, that was fear, "That boy....boy is a Chaos Magic userrrr!!"

Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket and all that. Brilliant flame red hair catches my eye and I know who it is before I turn. Char leans against the counter, she straightened her hair today and it falls over her breasts. Large hoop ears and a diamond hang from her ears. She’s wearing a red skirt to match her hair and shiny black heels. Char is my manager, well, she’s the only manager at Ocean Side. She can’t be older than twenty-five, but she runs a tight ship and leaves no room for error. She leans in close so I can hear her over the music.

The path ahead felt inevitable, predestined. She spoke her thoughts aloud. "I wonder if the hounds like dog biscuits?" "Look, you little weirdo," ReNew’s voice teased inside her mind. "You better not be thinking about touching those hounds. They’ll bite your hand off." Charlene smirked. "Maybe Ariels would let me pet her? Did you see all that big fluffy white fur? Don’t you want to run your fingers through it?" "Naaah! Ha ha ha! I’m trying to keep my fingers!" ReNew’s laughter rang inside Charlene’s head, light and playful.
