Avril just stood rooted to the ground, not being able to calculate his actions and reactions. “That was just a joke young lady. I'm vegetarian” he cackled and began to move. Avril followed with a smile she had no idea she was wearing.

"Nothing we were just kidding, What say Aunt ?", Aarav spoke calmly without an ounce of nervousness. "Yes...my Sunny is always funny.", Anvi spoke as she stared daggers at him. "I'm honored to know that I'm humourous in my Aunt's eyes.", Aarav spoke as he teased Anvi. 'He's asking for a beating.', Anvi gritted her teeth and smiled.

The room went dead quiet when I said I would take the prize, but that quiet did not last. A second later, laughter thundered through the air. Lily Smith was the loudest, doubling over with tears streaming from her eyes. "How else could she be the top seller?" she cackled. "A woman like her has to have skin as thick as a rhino." I ignored her snide comments and kept my cool. "Just to be clear," I said, "since the company so generously 'rewarded' me with bathroom duty, that's all I'll be doing for the next three days. Everything else is off my plate."

A message bubble lit up under his name, cheerful and oblivious. Just another one of his dry, stupid jokes—something about his dinner being so terrible he was convinced the restaurant was trying to assassinate him with undercooked chicken. He'd probably attached one of those ridiculous GIFs he was always finding, something animated and silly that was meant to make me laugh.

I growled dangerously and gestured Avinash to stop his stupid silly jokes. I went to my angel. "No, No, my angel, please don't cry. Your brother was just teasing you. Am I right Avinash?" I asked him with a angry look.

This was so comical that Vivian couldn’t restrain herself and burst out laughing. “Gosh!!! No!! That was so funny…” She hollered, holding her stomach… “Ha…ha…ha… Oh my God… that was ha…ha…ha… funnier than a joker…” Sandilo leaned forward and brushed a lock of her hair behind her ears saying, “I could play the role of a joker all my life if that is what makes you happy…” Vivian’s eyes teared up at this statement and she threw her arms around Sandilo…
