Her eyes scanned the room for anything close by that could reflect her image so she could see for herself. Luckily for her, Caleb's phone was on his desk behind him. She looked into the phone and saw her normal violet eyes staring back at her. She smiled, relieved. "What did you do?" All of a sudden, Caleb gripped Lila's arms. "Alpha King….." Lila's voice trailed off. She was surprised. "What did you do to your eye Lila? I swear it was silver a while ago. What are you?!" He wasn't letting the fact go but he was also confused.

I was positive I looked nothing like Genevieve, but I could not bear to change my eyes. These eyes I used to see my parents get killed, these eyes that Derek looked into as he rejected me, these eyes that looked up to the moon goddess to save me.
