My plan is falling to pieces because the dumb rogue couldn't even kill a stupid 6 year old BOY!!!!! Since that bitch and her witch friends killed all my people, I have been waiting. Just waiting for the day that I can get the heir to be vulnerable. Killing his stupid son will destroy the line FOREVER!!!!

The weird part is that these rogues are hard to kill, they are not like the weak rogues. These rogues have the strength of a gamma or delta. I don’t even know what is going on and the attack seems planned. But anyway, the rogues have been dying more than our pack. Even if the attacks are frequent, we are still winning and I am happy about that. I just wish Octavia will come back.

He screamed in burning pain, but none of us cared. While Benji was doing a parameter check for security and ensuring that there weren’t more Rogues lurking around, I cleaned my scimitar and brought it back to its sheath behind my back. “This one’s got a sharp tongue. You sure he’s worth the trouble, Gamma?” Dmitri asked, intentionally making the Rogue’s cuffs even tighter, causing a red mark on his wrist to become more evident. I stared at the Rogue for a bit of a while and smirked as I confidently replied, “He’s worth more alive than dead. Let’s see what secrets he’s hiding.”

I reply snarkly. “I’d like to see you try hurt us she-wolf, you aren’t strong enough. Now shut up and let us have some fun.” He replies. With that, Artemis shifts and attacks the rogue, ripping his throat out before he can react. The other 5 rogues bare their teeth at me and start surrounding me. I let Artemis take full control as the first rogue attacks us. Artemis dodges out of the way just as the rogue claw swipes at her side.

The sound of his shift was thunder in the small space. I pressed myself against the back wall of the cave, and my legs gave out. The stone bit into my back. The heat still pulsed through me, a sick rhythm that made everything blur at the edges, and I watched the fight like it was happening underwater. Bastian's wolf was a monster. Black fur, one ear torn, shoulders thick as boulders. He caught the first rogue by the throat and threw it against the cave wall hard enough that I heard bones crack. But the second rogue was already on his flank, and the third circled toward the fire, toward me.

I thought this was a pack. My eyes quickly scan the area as I climb out of the truck to make sure I’m not being watched by anyone. The scent is slowly fading, so I realize whoever it was must have already left, or been imprisoned something in the back of my mind hints. All rogues smell the same, but the scent is stronger, the longer you’ve been a rogue. Silas told me that my scent wasn’t that strong yet. I’ve never actually talked to a rogue before, so I have no idea how to tell the length of time compared to the strength of the smell. Most rogues that I fought as a warrior wreaked, which also meant they had been rogues so long they were losing their minds.

The rogues were wiry, streamlined for stealth and sly escapes. They were no match for Tyler. But they were not willing to give up. Blood and fur flew immediately. Tyler pinned the middle rogue on his back and closed his jaws on his ear. The rogue yowled in pain, twisting hard and fast, gnashing his teeth—he missed Tyler completely. And then Tyler tore at him. The rogue screamed as Tyler flung the rogue’s severed ear across the forest. Blood sprayed.
