Like I said, horn dog. We entered what was, basically, an illegal gambling den and bar. It was a nice setup, and actually pretty classy as far as illegal operations go. It was mostly witches and warlocks but some humans as well. Once we got inside, Gigi took the opportunity to excuse herself to go to the bathroom. For a split second, I almost imagined/wished she was hinting for me to follow her and fulfill my fantasy. But then I realized I needed a reality check and to stop defiling her in my mind.

I call ghost, he got more than one skill, and opening closed-door virtual and real ones are one of his many skills. He uses his key locks tools and messes with the door for a bit until it opens. Finally, I walk down with ghost behind me, I find a small girl laying naked on the floor. She's thin, too thin, her blond hair match mine only hers is dirty and matted on her head. Her blue eyes are hardly open, I can see bruises all over her fragile body. Taking off my shirt I cover her quickly and pick her up leaving this hell behind. "You're safe now baby sister" I whisper in her ears she closes her eyes letting darkness take her.

I don't mean to flatter myself, but it sounds like he's in love with me, and he's getting ahead of himself. A relationship with anyone who is not like myself could be hazardous. Especially when you're like me, supernatural and hunted. Even among the supernaturals, my type is hunted and killed. Humans were the ones who took us in and helped us. They also gave us a name. Gargoyle. A creature that is both grotesque and hideous. Of course, most don't look like a demon that crawled out of the earth, but it helped to represent us, albeit to the extreme. Gargoyles were the product of a union between an angel and a demon.

“I won’t repeat that twice.” Shawn angrily turned the same hand he had raised into a fist, tightening his fingers enough for his fingernails to draw blood from his skin. He ignored the pain, muttering a small whisper of magic. Rose saw the blood drops that fell on the floor began to shake as a creature pushed it body out from the floor. Rose shuddered when seeing the creepy eyes of the gargoyle but something was different with the gargoyle that he had summoned compared to the other gargoyles she had seen before!

Chapter Twenty-Six Anders Hidden deep within the castle, underneath the ground was a cave. It wasn’t really a cave as in the word, but a place that looked like one. Gargoyles were stationed at almost every corner making it look eerie. These gargoyles came to life once they sensed a Vampire within their territory, and each of them belonged to every Vampire in the Kingdom. I walked to my own. It was short, and barely reached my knees. Its teeth was bared in what was supposed to be a smile, but instead, it looked like a scary creature smiling at its prey.

He was getting used to his human form. He flapped his wings. At least they still moved. "Prepare to die, gargoyle," the grotesque figure snarled. Her fetid breath washed over him, making him want to gag, but he wouldn't show weakness. He had a warrior's heart and if it stopped beating today at least it would stop in battle. He swiped at her, but she leaned out of the way. He hadn't ever encountered a goblin that had magical powers like this. Had they developed since he'd been in stone?

Samael smiled softly, drawing a whetstone from his belt to sharpen his scythe. “There's a reason gargoyles are grotesque, Shannon.” “Why?” I steadied myself on a branch stripped of bark. “To scare away evil spirits.” He rubbed the blade with his robe. It glinted like a crescent moon. “I am vicious but just. The angel of severity.” “And an all-around creeper.”

And some thing more: There on the floor in front of her stood a small gargoyle. Ta-da! he said. He was about a foot tall, crouched low with his hands crossed and his elbows resting on his knees. His pores and skin used to be the coloration of stone--he used to be stone--but when he waved at her, she should see he was limber ample to be made of flesh and muscle. He seemed like the type of statue youd find capping the roof of a Catholic church. His fingernails and toenails have been long and pointed, like little claws. He looks like a nice older guy, dark skin with a few lines to show his age, a grey moustache and dark brown eyes that are crinkled with warmth as he looks upon his companion. His companion is the odder of the two. He’s a seven-and-a-half-foot tall Gargoyle, with deep blue-green skin. He’s wearing dark grey trousers which have long zips up the sides to allow him to get in and out of them, but no shoes, as his feet are wide and long with long claws. His hands are also long and have claws, but these look shorter, more like long fingernails. He’s also wearing a loose dark-blue hoodie, with slits cut into the back to allow his wings free. Was this where the Vampires stayed during the full moon? There was a grey gargoyle statue in the center of the room. I walked over to the statue to analyze its details. The gargoyle crouched and had its mouth open. A pair of large fangs extended out of its mouth and its bat-like wings were spread out as if it was ready for flight. This gargoyle didn't have horns instead its ears elongated out of its head. Was this what Rachel referred to when she spoke about Vampires' transforming?
