Gazing At The Stars Novels & Stories

I am solitary now on the veranda of our house. My hand is holding the goblet that has red wine in it. I stare at the heavens, where stars are scattered in no particular order. The big dipper is making a difference among the constellations that are formed in the sky. It looks wonderful. It looks peaceful. It looks like the peace I am looking for, but it seemed to be taken away from me as the falling leaves took it away from the tree.

I had not sang anywhere other than my room in five years. I didn't notice the door open and I most definitely did not notice the girl sitting beside me staring at me in utter disbelief. During the short interval between pied piper finishing and the next song playing I heard clapping and turned to see the source being a girl with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes. her eyes were literally glowing and the smile on her face was even more blinding. I took my headphones off and stared at her blankly.

Eulalia stared at their reflection in the window, her eyes drifting past it to the night sky. It seemed like there was one more star in the sky.

he said and went closer to her. "What are you doing?". "Stop right here, let me put this pendant on your neck," he said while showing her the pendant which was in his hand. He went behind her, and pushed her hair strands gently from her neck, and placed a star-shaped pendant on her neck. He was close enough that she could feel his warm breath on her neck. "It's done, let's go," Leo told her and went outside to take fresh air.

, no lights can trespass over 1 meter. An unknown energy on this planet is “eating” the light as a food source at night. As a result, no light exists. I look up to the sky. Leon says today’s weather is perfectly clear with no cloud, so actually we are gazing into millions of stars from GX67 Galaxy, but for now, as all lights are eaten, I cannot see anything above. I wonder how breathtaking it would be if the sky is perfectly clear. All the lights in this base are made with special grade metal to lock the energy so it doesn’t get burned too fast, as a result, all the lights look like rounded light balls, fluffy and warm wandering around the trees. I follows Leon to a tent.

CHAPTER 01. UNREALISTIC DREAMS. SHELLY. “Coming Mum.“ I yelled for the umpteenth time, but didn't move an itch from the worn-out marble floor I laid. My gaze was still fixed on the small television which was just few metres away from me, with my chin on my hands for support. Excitement had the best of me and nothing else seemed to matter at the moment. It was that period of time that comes every year when the 'Greygott conglomeration' makes an exemption for a lower-class to get admitted into the prestigious Greygott high-shool.

Lisa's POV Two stars shimmered side by side in the dark expanse of the night sky. Kael's face softened as he stared at them, a genuine smile slowly spreading across his lips. For some reason, seeing him so fascinated by the stars made me wonder what was going through his mind. I just hoped he wasn't thinking of those silly fairy tales where two stars supposedly represented two people who were in love. “You seem really happy about those stars,” I said. Kael glanced at me before returning his gaze to the sky.

"At times, we need to make tough choice though accepting it is like cutting yourself into pieces" Gazing at the bright stars in the sky with few new stars lighting in blue colour were adorning the big sky. They looked like jewels and the pearls were sparkling and dangling on the cloth of the sky. The moon was missing but it still looked serene and relaxing staring at them.

As Jemma looked ahead, her eyes and mouth widened in surprise. At the mountain's crown, where the air was crisp and the stars seemed within arm's reach, the sky flared a mesmerizing aurora, splashing its brilliance across the canvas of the night. Noah, a profile against the divine masterpiece, stood sentinel behind Jemma, his hands gently cradling her shoulders. The car, a silent witness, held its place in the shadows behind them. Together, they stood on this heavenly stage, two souls entangled in the dance of the cosmos, their eyes tracing the angelic choreography overhead. It was as if the universe had carefully orchestrated this moment for them – a symphony of lights, a ballet of stars.

The moon hangs high in the sky, casting a gentle glow upon the surroundings, while the stars twinkle like scattered diamonds, adorning the velvet canvas above. She finds herself drawn to a quiet corner of the garden, away from the noise and distractions, where a wooden bench sits beneath a blooming rose bush. With a contented sigh, Elizabeth settles onto the bench, her eyes instinctively drawn to the celestial spectacle above. The moon, in all its radiant glory, casts a silvery glow that bathes the garden in an ethereal light. It seems to invite her into a world of serenity and beauty. As she gazes up at the stars, Elizabeth finds herself mesmerized by their twinkling dance. Each shimmering
