The Fantasy Maker

The Fantasy Maker

Emma said, walking deep into the living room. "Thanks." She walked to a set of shelves on the far side of the room, running her fingers over the spines of his books. A lot of them were classics, novels by Dickens, Voltaire, Dumas, Melville, and Hemingway. She smiled when her fingers ran over the spine of not one, but three copies of Mitchell's Gone with the Wind. There were modern novels, too, including Stephen King and Sidney Sheldon, but they didn't look as well read as some of the others.

The One who does Not Understand Isekai

The One who does Not Understand Isekai

Of all the people she had mistakenly bothered, it had to be the man who Lady Francine had dubbed these days as ‘a jerk’. He had on reading glasses and a book in his hand that had a dark blue hardcover with the title ‘Veranda’. One of the ones she saw in the shop and the one that nobles and commoner ladies alike are reading recently. A romance story about a country bumpkin who swept the attention of a widowed man who has a daughter. She didn’t see the appeal of it so just chucks it up as generic romance. The women of Polvaros seem to be enamored with it, however. Maybe her taste in books is broken since even Rodrick, who his mistress has to describe as a soulless man, was enjoying his time wi

Mr. Pamperer and His Wily Woman

Mr. Pamperer and His Wily Woman

Then he said smilingly, "Don't be angry. I'll get rid of them later." Hearing Mr. White’s words, the girl who had just finished wiping the man's hands was shivering with fear. They all knew that their seemingly most gentle and kindest Sir in the world actually never took a life seriously, and in his eyes, it was easier to kill a person than to break a tea cup. Mr. White offered the tea to the man with both hands.

The Known Gentlemen

The Known Gentlemen

She thanked him and said she is very happy to have them at her home. Mrs. Bright returned to the kitchen to complete the rest of their lunch. Harley was entertaining Lily and Aaron by mimicking the cartoons. So, it was just Adrian and Jordan. “Can you show me around the house?” he asked her. She nods her head as yes and leads him for the house tour. After seeing the most unprohibited rooms, they came to her room. It was pretty and neat. She had a study table in her room and there were mostly school books and just a novel. My very own love story. He picked up the book and glanced at the cover.

The Pensive Gentleman

The Pensive Gentleman

We walk past a hallway, past offices with large windows, and soon we arrive at a set of mahogany double doors which Gypsy pushes open, revealing two desks at each end and another door in the middle. The lady, knocks once on the door and pushes it in, revealing a large office, a large desk, and Marciano leaning on it while he goes through something on his iPad. He's not wearing a jacket, and his sleeves are rolled all the way to his elbows. If it wasn’t for the scar running along his side, he could pass for any powerful CEO in the city. The kind people trusted. The kind people underestimated. He doesn’t lift his gaze when I enter and take a seat. But when he finally does, it’s to tell the lad

AURORA STORM
Hi lovelies, I know this books appears complete but it’s not. There are 3 chapters left, and they would be uploaded as soon as I can get a hold of my editor. So sorry about the confusion and delay. x.
Mel Villanueva
Thanks for this masterpiece, Au. I had a hard time letting go Christian and Hannah’s story, but I think Marciano and Angelica’s even harder to let go. I was sad for Angie thinking she might not have her own child and as a woman, that is the most devastating thing but then there’s the fvckng twist

What Page Are You On, Mr. Male Lead

What Page Are You On, Mr. Male Lead

It looks like a library but she said it was just a room for books that wasn't for the public to casually buy. I opened some book and saw that it was full of romance stories. 'Action is better.' But what could these romance books have that many women likes to read these? They have the same story anyways. As I was flipping the pages of a book I casually picked up, the woman from the counter earlier went back inside the room holding two thick books. "Sir Jean, I have the books you wanted." "Thank you." "May I ask a question, sir Jean?" I nodded at her question.

Mated To The King Of Darkness

Mated To The King Of Darkness

It never was and it wouldn't start today. It had been a long time since he lost his focus, expecting her to just grow tired of hiding and try to leave the library already. He had sensed her right from the time she had bolted into the library. It was surprising that he hadn't sensed it when she had been walking up the stairs. He always sensed her far before she even came anywhere close. Closing the book, his eyes passed over the title. 'How To Communicate Like A Gentle Man.' He was certain this book would be as useless as the book he had read for their dinner but something in him couldn't help but try.

He gently put his hand on my waist and put it there so gently that I could hardly feel it. Is that what they mean when they say a gentleman?

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The skinny man opened a gap in his clothes and showed it to Caspian, but he quickly covered it again. In that instant, Caspian saw no less than fifty pockets sewn into the man's clothes. Each pocket contained a picture book. Caspian never encountered such a thing before, so he was dumbfounded. Seeing his stupefied expression, the skinny man thought that Caspian was not interested in the picture books, so he pondered for a while and inched closer to Caspian again. "Master, if you don't like picture books, then what about novels? I have many novels of various themes that will surely satisfy you."

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Sweet Dreams

Sweet Dreams

I say blandly as I stare at him, my brain scrambling for things to say as Mercer leans one shoulder lightly against the counter watching me wander through the space like he’s enjoying the sight more than he should. “What exactly were you expecting?”He asks. “I don’t know, Something aggressively masculine? Maybe a giant TV playing ESPN twenty four seven.”I say laughing as I admit honestly. “That sounds awful.”He says cheekily. “It really does.”I whisper as I move toward the bookshelf next, curiosity immediately winning over my self-preservation instincts. And the thing is the books are actually organized, not just randomly either which means they weren’t placed there for decoration. There are
