Fated To The Alpha Twins

Fated To The Alpha Twins

Instead, it seemed to intensify. The girl looked down at the laundry in her arms, her fingers twitching as if she were debating whether to drop everything and run. “You... you touched the book,” the maid whispered, her voice barely audible. "The witch’s spell book. You shouldn’t be... near me.” Lily froze. The words sent a shockwave through her, as if her entire world had tilted on its axis. Lily swallowed hard and shook her head, trying to gather her thoughts. “What are you talking about?” she asked softly, trying not to scare the girl further. “I didn’t do anything with that book. It’s not what you think.”

Second Vows Of A Scorned Wife

Second Vows Of A Scorned Wife

Wherever she was headed, she was pretty determined to reach it quickly. She soon turned the corner toward The Gilded Lily. It was a place I knew well—a restaurant where the city’s elite went to be seen and where the truly powerful went to disappear. The exterior was all black marble and gold leaf, glowing under the amber hum of the streetlights. I watched from across the street as she approached the entrance. She didn't stop at the hostess stand. She walked straight toward the back, past the main dining room, toward the private elevators. Two large men in tailored suits stood guard at the velvet ropes. Chloe flashed a gold card, and they stepped aside immediately.

My Husband's Affair, My Anniversary Gift

My Husband's Affair, My Anniversary Gift

The gala hall glittered with golden light, the sound of champagne glasses clinking echoing like soft music beneath the hum of conversations. Laughter and polite applause moved around like waves, every corner filled with business elites and media eyes watching for the smallest crack in perfection. Lily stood still, near Jacob, her expression serene, almost unshakable. Inside, her chest burned like fire, but she didn't let a flicker of it show. Her hand slowly lifted, fingers brushing against the ring. Tonight, she had dared to place it back on her finger for the first time since the wedding.

Faking It With My stepbrother

Faking It With My stepbrother

He reached over, his hand settling on my thigh, his thumb tracing small, possessive circles through the fabric of my jeans. He pulled up in front of an old, ivy-covered building on the edge of the historic district. It used to be a boutique flower shop—I recognized the faded gold lettering on the window that read The Gilded Lily. It was beautiful, slightly crumbling, and drenched in the kind of afternoon sunlight that made everything look like a dream. “What are we doing here? Are we buying a very large fern?” Jax didn't answer. He just hopped out, walked around to my side, and opened the door with a flourish. He produced a brass key from his pocket and pressed it into my palm. “Go ahead. Op

Rejected by the Ruthless Lycan king

Rejected by the Ruthless Lycan king

I step inside and close the door behind me, my voice is steady even though my hands are shaking. “Give me Lily first before I hand anything over to you.” “The seal. Now.” “No.” I clutch the pocket where the gold rests like a burning coal. “Lily first, then you get it.” A soft, mocking laughter tears out of her. “Oh, Ginnie…Still trying to bargain? How adorable.” She snaps her fingers and instantly two huge shadows are standing behind me. One of them holds a small cloth bundle that makes my stomach drop. I easily recognize it from Lily’s favorite stuffed wolf toy, stained with something dark.

Claimed by the Seven Alphas

Claimed by the Seven Alphas

Ashes seeped from his palm, mingling with the pale gold light of the lily-of-the-valley, drifting gently in the morning light. In the corridor, Elias emerged from the medical room, pushing his glasses up. He glanced at the three figures by the window, said nothing, and turned to leave. The corner of a notebook protruded from the pocket of his white coat, the words "Lily-of-the-Valley Project" written on the cover. He stopped at the top of the stairs, pulled out the notebook, flipped to the last page, glanced at it, closed it, replaced it, and went downstairs.

I asked in wide eyes Lily chuckled while patting my back "I knew it." "You do?" Jibee and Rose asked in unison Lily nodded "Yup. Body language says it all. I wonder why this beautiful lady beside me didn't notice that." "Since when? I mean... Rose? You're gay? I'm meant... oh my god."

When Winter Blooms

When Winter Blooms

I broke rule seven on a Wednesday. In my defense, I didn't mean to. Lily had found a book, a small hardcover with a blue spine that she'd pulled from somewhere and was very proudly showing me, except she'd clearly gotten it from somewhere she wasn't supposed to, because when I asked her where she found it she suddenly became very interested in Gerald's ear and stopped making eye contact. "Lily." "Hmm?" "Where did you get the book?" "...Daddy's room."

Lily’s Realms: Secrets of Magic and Destiny

Lily’s Realms: Secrets of Magic and Destiny

The surface of the water glowed soft gold — like sunrise caught in liquid. But it was night. Lily dismounted slowly. The closer she walked, the stronger the pull became. Not external. Internal. The water was resonating with her. “Clear the square,” Luke ordered. Guards moved quickly, pushing civilians back. Lily stepped to the edge of the well and looked down. The glow intensified in response. She reached out — not physically. With her power. The golden fire stretched downward like invisible roots. And touched something. Something deep. Something structural.

Fated to the Werewolf King

Fated to the Werewolf King

Willow said before Lily left the room, pulling her attention back to them. "What would you need from her?" Jayce asked in her place. Willow looked over to Amira who then pulled out a thick book from behind herself. Lily's eyes fell onto it, feeling a sudden pull toward the leather bound literature. She stepped away from the safety of Jayce, letting the book draw her in until she was in range of it. "It's true." Amira broke through her thoughts as she pulled the book away from Lily. Lily reached for it mindlessly as if she was in a daze. She could hear Alpha Aiden growling as he put himself between Amira and Lily.
