GINI: The Wicked Saviour

GINI: The Wicked Saviour

“Can you imagine that he gave a merchant two Emperor’s gold coin in exchange for a silver?” “Me? Foolish?” Gareth shook his head with disapproval, “For a scholar I expected you to be wiser than that. The emperor’s gold that is sold at this side of Landevia are mostly metals that have been coated with gold. Real gold does not exist in this side of the world. Besides, the Emperor’s silver is way more valuable and durable.” “But not portable. You should have considered that,” Bola watched the two as they jumped form one argument to the other. It was hard to guess who had started the whole thing, but from his little knowledge and the time he had spent with them, he could guess that Cassandra was

Raven the lurker
I have gotten used to read female lead stories from her so this time when it is male lead it's quite a refreshing and interesting change up. The start is promising and very well written and it's not the typical type of a novel so give it a chance as this author never ceases from surprising you.
Guavaman Guavaman
I've been following Dentot for a while now, and I must say, she never ceases to get me hooked on her stories! The change of perspective to a male lead is quite refreshing.. I'm expecting more action packed scenes and of course a bit of sexy stuff - maybe a lot of it would be good!

The Golden Leaf

The Golden Leaf

Because this place was scintillating. Five glistening chandeliers hung at regular patterns from the clear whitely-painted ceiling, their intricate and delicate golden patterns reflecting on the highly polished concrete floor. To either side of us, a metropolis of middle-aged men shouting, joking, laughing, chatting, smoking, drinking and playing a range of games - that varied from poker to chess to pool and to arcade - created a vibrant atmosphere, an atmosphere that I would’ve relished had it not been for the Golden Leaf and Zak. What was even more peculiar was the spectacular scent of a fusion of lime and strawberry cast throughout the headquarters, in spite of the exceptionally high consu

Gilded Hearts

Gilded Hearts

But my real focus wasn’t my reflection. My focus was on the project. The clients. And the determination not to let Damien Hayes think I am not capable. I wore my old black heels. They pinched slightly, but they made me feel taller. _____________________________________________ At the Grand Arc Hotel, my nerves were like many little sparks tickling my skin. Golden light filtered down through the chandeliers. The chandeliers had a shape similar to an upside down crystal fountain. Light reflected off the marble floor. The floor was polished. Shadows of moving people became moving shadows.

The Gilded Cage

The Gilded Cage

" The pendant my mother gave me, something I had cherished for a decade, had been handed over by Anna to my husband’s mistress. A deafening buzz filled my mind. The noise around me faded into nothingness. My face drained of color, and my lips trembled. "Give it back…" Like a madwoman, I lunged at Scarlett. "Give it back!!" She shrieked in alarm. "What’s so special about this worthless thing?! You act like it’s some kind of sacred treasure! "The rightful Mrs. Sterling gives her only daughter a cheap, low-quality trinket—why would I even want it?”

Loque Bella; The Essence of the Moon

Loque Bella; The Essence of the Moon

Loque Bella asked and Queen Gwen and Princess Rada passed a look at each other. "His father cursed him." "Why?" "Because he wanted him to go to war with him and he said no," Queen Gwen answered. "What?" "There was a kingdom east of this one called Gildrim and it was very wealthy. They used to mine gold and with it they forged their weapons, their jewellery, their tableware, their ornaments and even some of their clothes. They were a flashy kingdom too; they were the only kingdom in the entire region to boast a mine let alone a gold one and they did not let the rest of us forget it. Every king and queen in the region could not deny that they were jealous of them. Most of them just looked the

The Mistress

The Mistress

“But don’t think this makes us ‘okay,’ Zander. I’m doing this for Ethan. I’m doing this for the name. But the moment Julian is gone… you and I are going to talk about the ‘S-Line’ and the girl in the forest. And if you lie to me one more time, I will use that locket to burn your empire to the ground.” Zander stepped back, his face pale. “You found the trigger.” “I found everything, Zander,” I said, walking past him toward the exit. “Now, go back in there and finish the deals. I’m going to see my son.” As I walked through the lobby, my phone buzzed. It was Marcus. “Chairperson, we traced the Gilded Pillar’s main server. It’s not in Switzerland. It’s in the sub-basement of the Metropolitan Hot

His Savior Was Never My Sister

His Savior Was Never My Sister

The warehouse on Pier 17 smelled of salt, rust, and expensive perfume—a fitting cocktail for the business at hand. They called it ‘the Gilded Cage’, a traveling, clandestine auction house for things that couldn’t see daylight: blood diamonds, stolen art, encrypted ledgers containing rivals’ secrets. The air was cold enough to see your breath, yet the women glittered in gowns worth more than the cars idling outside. I stood near a corroded steel pillar, a glass of champagne I wouldn’t drink held like a prop in my hand, watching the spectacle.

The Billionaire's Debt-Bride

The Billionaire's Debt-Bride

The rolling ladder groaned under our combined weight as we ascended toward the central pillar’s peak. Below us, the Gilded Press looked like a clockwork heart, its brass gears and mahogany veins pulsing with the weight of uncounted secrets. Damian climbed behind me, his breath hitching with every vertical lunge. I could feel the heat of his presence, a steady anchor in a world that was currently falling apart. When we reached the "Archivist Prime" drawer, I didn't hesitate. I pulled the brass handle.

Blood Oath Academy

Blood Oath Academy

Virelle leaned closer to the window. Gold had always been faint in them, subtle enough to look almost brown in normal light. But now, under the fractured moon, they were brighter. Not fully gold, it was threaded with silver. Her stomach dropped. “No,” she whispered. She lifted her hand and touched the glass. The girl in the reflection did the same. But the eyes looking back at her did not belong to the person she had been yesterday. And deep beneath the academy, beyond stone and oath and blood, something seemed to stir in answer.
